Madhu is RK's wife and she will now support RK through his turmoil, RK married her and SR also happened. Don't know what drama the CV's will create in the future, but Madhu loves RK she can see how much pain he is in now and won't leave him even if he insists she should go, because she knows he needs her more then ever. So the CV's will keep that in mind, so Sultan being in love with her and loosing her to RK has happened already, and he just acknowledged the loss and told RK what he lost now which is his name. No big deal in him saying that because it's true it happened right, he fell in love and unfortunately Madhu returned to RK to marry him.
