the viranis got a bad memory . they all completely forgot about harsh,chiraq & his wife . and hemant & pooja . and mihir's brother karan. and gautham's sister karishma .they also forgot about shobha's son . dont forgot nandini's & karans boy/girl. also, no one mentioned anything about bhumi's pregnancy (they all still think its real).dont forget the elders who didnt die . also, there are like 20 people in that family . and they only celebrate or even mention a birthday like once a every 2 months . how is that possible . thus, so far in new leap they only had baa's & eklayva's birthday . dont they other family member got birthdays . haha . LOL . honestly . pssh . yeaah . and if you realized other stuff that the virani's are forgetting please say so. (:

those characters were written out of the show, the writer i guess can't think of any better way to kill them off then to just have them disappear.

Actually, it's not Ekta's fault all the time either. She doesn't plan every single scene in the show. The director and script writers should think about that!
