firstly, I love Kesar-Gulaal :)
and back to the post, I completely agree with you. The leads have great chemistry. But the problems are:

1. characterisation of Antara - is it just me or the girl we saw in Kashmir is so different from the girl right now? Yes, maybe, Raghu does irritate her or annoy her in some way but it has never been justified as to why she behaves so arrogantly with Raghu. So arrogant that she did not even thank him for trying to help to find Ishaan. So arrogant that she did not think twice before insulting Raghu- that her actions might lead her & her mum, & brother to be homeless.
I find this attitude of hers very different from what she was in Kashmir.

2. The falling/catching & long eyelock scenes. Too cliched & annoying.

3. Just beating up people doesn't make someone a gangster or 'bhai'. CVs need to understand that. Raghu is too nice to be a gangster.

4. Nikita- she really needs to improve in her expressions. She is good in some scenes, but not up to the mark in some. Also, her voice modulation (i'm not sure if i am using the right word) is bad.

5. The show is not living up to the 'larger than life' concept. Rather, the story is typical. Boy-girl fight, girl falls into a situation, boy helps, softens towards her in the process, and ultimately falls in love. Very typical.

This is just my opinion.

I find this attitude of hers very different from what she was in Kashmir. Characterization is understood that she is a bit stubborn and too idealist...and yes at times we do feel that she is being totally UNFAIR to Raghu, bt I guess after her recent experience with the terrorist, she is bound to look upon every anti social element with the greatest contempt!!

2. The falling/catching & long eyelock scenes. Too cliched & annoying. Oh YES!! the last trip and catch was so obvious, as if Antara posed for that trip..and was shouting...catch catch I am gonna trip...😆

3. Just beating up people doesn't make someone a gangster or 'bhai'. CVs need to understand that. Raghu is too nice to be a gangster.
hmmm the golden hearted gangster formulae..never fails it seems😆
4. Nikita- she really needs to improve in her expressions. She is good in some scenes, but not up to the mark in some. Also, her voice modulation (i'm not sure if i am using the right word) is bad. I would agree to this, she needs to modulate her voice instead of the without inflection tone that she uses..Not offending any fan, but even if you are a stoic character, you can emote, but she is too wound up...she needs to loosen up a bit...
5. The show is not living up to the 'larger than life' concept. Rather, the story is typical. Boy-girl fight, girl falls into a situation, boy helps, softens towards her in the process, and ultimately falls in love. Very typical.hmm true that...but the treatment can be different...Kind of what we had in Laagi Tujhse Lagan (ofcourse in the end they butchered that show as well😆) but yes a bit of non obviousness would be nice..

This is just my opinion.Loved it!!
