its definely meera. the voice is not mandiras. its meeras. and the fact that she said you could call us friends or enemies to bhoomi, meera and tulsi were best friends and worst enemies. and the hair only went down to her shoulders, just like meeras. and it was dark black. just like meeras. and the clothing style was very similiar.
