IMMACULATE CONCEPTION

OK, I am soo mad!
Yes, I understand all the posts made about love, true feelings and emotions and physical intimacy (are we allowed to use the s word here?) And I am the first one to agree, that physical intimacy is not the only thing that should matter. (And stroking, caressing, tender loving kisses, also do count for physical intimacy as only a husband can do that, so here, I am talking about the need, the s word! ONLY!) But it is an important and integral part of a marriage. (Although, a marriage can exist without 's', it's extremely rare. But yeah, it did happen with Superman, actor, Christopher Reeve and his accident and his wife did stay with him until his demise... and this is the ONLY case I know. Not to say it does not exist. But...) But would it have been so wrong to show it now?
I really do hope the CVs here know what they are doing.
My one and only previous encounter with Indian CVs don't leave me with much hope. I think everyone nows what I am talking about, nah?)
But still can we say with certainty, if they did or not??
I know can't!
How about you?
Do you know?
Can you say?
Without a doubt?
So?
Immaculate or not??
Please.
Tell me.

I think you are thinking of consummation and yes I think the subtly was used correctly here.

Copy pasting what I wrote in another thread.

The scenes may have been deleted because of the feedback SONY is getting to keep this show family friendly. Some here were writing how they see the show while eating dinner with family and some scenes make them uncomfortable or make them switch off TV. Channel needs viewership and TRP. They had a long weekend to think and edit!

Well, boggles the mind that it is OK to show bigotry, manipulation, deception, violence, degradation of women... on a family show. But not love!!!
And really, they don't have to be distasteful and show po*n. they can do it beautifully...

Too subtle. No. I understood that if someone goes through the trouble of making a retreat on the roof right after a marriage, something happened. The question is if there needs to be an emphasis. My answer is no. The feelings came through in the scene so that is all that mattered, to me. Some couples just aren't that raw.

Hmmm... I see what you mean.
But yeah, I expected a bit more.
Even a morning after scene where they wake up together. In each others arms. Even if the emphasis is not on the love story, it is on the love. I mean, they are gonna show us that he supports his wife, nah? So what's wrong in showing a little intimacy? And yes, you are right, they do show some, like when he chased her...
OK, yeah, I am disappointed. I was expecting more. And maybe you are right, this is not the show for it. *sigh*
