Arjun of Star Plus wanted to go the Shapath way

Summary: Well, the show's contract with the channel ends in August (2013) and the maker (4 Lion Films) has not got any word from the broadcaster pertaining to its extension or need be, closure. Another source went on to add that channel is not very happy with the show's numbers. Hence, in most likelihood they will pull it off-air but if at all that happens, the decision is yet to reach the production house. We also hear that the creatives of Arjun wanted to go the Shapath way by getting in supernatural or heroic stories to better the numbers but the channel did not give them a heads up on that either.

If that's their mood, here is an idea - they could merge the mythos w/ the cop shows. Like in Shapath, have Piyush appear - this time not as Abhigyan but as Rama (since that will be his DkDM role), and ask ACP Diler, Mayank, Kavi, Varun, Meghna, Abha, Kashish and even Roshni & Bulbul for help in finding Sita.

Varun can stretch himself from Kanyakumari to Jaffna and form a bridge that Rama, Diler & co can cross, and then Meghna can knock Ravan cold and Diler can talk Rama into not killing Ravan, but letting Ravan submit to the law. Ravan can ultimately get killed by Abha's bullet, and Bulbul can give Rama a tonguelash when the question of Sita doing an agni-praveshna comes up.

Oh, and as an aside, Diler can tell Rama that he looks just like one of his wounded officers, and ask Rama to come & cure Abhigyan 😈

Doesn't my idea sound better than what they're currently showing? 😈
