They probably will eventually get married but for drama's sake and for some tension/ increase in viewer interest they r possibly doing that so. Sadly as per spoilers it was revealed Nanu-death track will be conducted end of July after Preeti's marriage. So therefore the time being they are probably doing this. Too kill time perhaps to lead to the big build up of the sad and emotional departure to Nanu :'( Unless spoilers r false then I have no idea? 😕
