Mohan-Megha vs Addu

Lately I am not very active in the forum. I am having a very difficult term which doesn't allow me to be as active as I want to. I still read some of the posts on the forum and from what I read it looks like people are not liking this track.

I think its a great track. I never liked Addu and after looking at the past few episodes I hate him even more but that is a good thing right. I always wanted to see Mohan-Megha vs Addu and finally I am getting to see what I wanted after so long. This track is just make the distance between Mohan-Megha and Addu greater taking Addu into more darkness a place where he will possibly not be able to return.

As long as Mohan-Megha are together I don't care what Addu does because I know that Mohan-Megha will be able to deal with it.

Please comment on this topic. I want to know what people think about this track. It doesn't matter if you like or don't like the current track. I just want to know what you like/dislike about this track.

I have been waiting to see how Mohan-Addu face off and reconciliation...

Its the premise of this season...

My only problem with Mohan is that he is going too easy on Addu I understand him but I don't want him to stay quite like this. I think this time he will need Megha's help. He currently looks powerless against Addu. Not because he cannot face Addu but because he doesn't want to face Addu.

Nice post, thanks! 👍🏼 But I disagree ! Mohan is neither looking powerless or acting powerless IMO.

Yes he's very sad,hurt and traumatized by guilt,but not weak! It may appear that he's letting Addu have his way, in seeking revenge against Mohan and his family. But on some level, Mohan wants Addu to take out all his anger on him, not Megha,not Nanhi! Because he still feels responsible for Addu's disappearance, and also wants to protect Megha from unnecessary heartbreak re Addu. Perhaps he was hoping that when Addu sees his submission and refusal to expose Addu's identity, he'll have a change of heart and return to them. Addu doesn't know the full extent of his family's sufferings when he was abducted, and it's just a matter of time before he does so. And Mohan knows this, and perhaps knows that Addu will be surprised and affected by it. By offering himself as the sacrificial lamb before Addu, he's hoping that Addu will eventually come to the harsh realization that he was so wrong re Mohan after all! And also in the process, Megha herself will face the cruel reality of Addu before knowing that he's actually her son. Mohan would have done anything to protect Megha from this heartbreak, he tried but couldn't convince Addu. Mohan must now let the chips fall where they may, and let Megha confront Addu , all will be revealed in due time.

Agree fully Lee! I think he's making himself the sacrificial lamb so that Megha is spared the horror of finding out what her son has become. And his guilt is so evident, poor thing! Poor guy - all he ever wanted was his family to be with him happily ever after and look at what he got!

But have to say that the quality of episode (barring Monday) has been stupendous. Gotta hand it to the CVs, they sure know how to surprise us!

I totally agree with you. Powerless was not the right word to use I didn't mean that Mohan is weak in any way. What I wanted to say is that Mohan is going easy on Addu because he thinks that somewhere he is responsible for Addu's actions even though he can clear everything easily. Like you said he believes that Addu will have a change of heart which I don't believe in(maybe thats because I don't like Addu). He want to see his family all together including Addu.

I just don't think that everything will go as ideally as Mohan wants it to go and looking at today's episode I think that Mohan has somewhat come to that realizations too. Maybe I am wrong its just my feeling.

Leesan: so true! He's trying so hard to save Megha from the pain of knowing what Addu has become,yet guilt ridden because somehow he still holds himself responsible for Addu's loss. 😭

And perhaps Mohan feels that there's a whole lot more to Addu's past activities which include criminal acts! So on another level he's protecting Addu as well from possible incarceration ! Mohan seems to have the whole world on his shoulders, juggling life's twists and turns whilst trying to live up to the promise of a happy life with his fractured family!

Yep! The epis have been exceptional, both in content and execution. Lets hope they keep it up! 😉

So have your way, do what you want with me, I can take it! But one day you will know the whole truth,and the depth of my love for you! And even then I'll be ready with open arms,no matter what!"

But sadly Addu is out for blood! Mohan's blood! And he's not ready to listen to reason. He's so warped and damaged, and Mohan only now realizes the extent of it. He will let Addu rant and rave until he burns himself out! Unfortunately Addu is on fire! And unlikely to lose steam any time soon! More fireworks are on the way!

He's letting Addu have his way because he is still guilty for losing his son 12 years back and also to save Megha from the heartache of knowing the truth. But in this process, does he know how much he's causing our hearts to ache and pain badly to see him in that state? 😭
