Charu, I am of the same opinion too since Madhu did not speak with Sultan throughout the episode. She was more focussed on Meera and addressed her directly. The one look she exchanged with Sultan when Meera said her piece about wanting a girl like Madhu for her grown up son (make note, there was no echo given to her wish), was more feeling sorry for Sultan at that point. She looked at Sultan with sympathy for having found an adult family member after a long time and that too in a state who cannot acknowledge his existence even after all Sultan is doing for her.

Ok, that makes me feel better. When I saw the look, I thought that it was perhaps because she knows how Sultan feels about her (after having her husband allude to it like a million times, maybe she finally got it)

Meenu, remember my pm to you how the actions and expressions do not match anymore. Ambiguity is the name of the game here. Even her expression when RK was talking to her about Sultan leaving was more helplessness on her part and preventing RK from saying something that might irk Sultan, since she does not want RK in harm's way. She knows first hand what Sultan is capable of.

I get what the PH/Channel are doing but I do agree with RO that as a viewer I do need to see a strong stand and support for RK from Madhu. We come to this forum and learn from each others pov but what about those people who do not and are put off by such duality. Why should we have to look all the time and find reasons to defend Madhu's behavior in this track?
