Massi is standing infront of Senior Mrs. Walia's picture and apologizing for not able to give her Munna a good upbrining (Oh Please Massi...One mistake and your golden boy becomes the Pariah? That is very fair, Massiji!)
Poor Bani (PD rocking like never before) is sitting huddled in her chair, while Pia comes and starts talking to a numb and dazed Bani, who has not even realized that Pia is there! Pia says that she has not come to apologize because she knows that she will never get that from Bani and all that she did was for her love! Bani shows no reacttion at all, but when she goes and places her hand on Bani's shoulder, she shivers with fright (PD was so good...made me feel like go and hug her!) and gets away, as if she is totally afraid of Pia, who is just shocked and tries to get near to Bani, but is not able to and runs away to one corner of the room and huddles like a child. Pia keeps talking to Bani, but she is just looking shocked and scared and huddled like a child, while that ruthless, evil ***** Pia keeps pushing poor Bani around trying to make her talk! Rano comes and drags Pia out of the room and drags her as Jigyasa tries to make her stop and then Rano throws her out of the room and as she falls, a woman is shown to give support to Pia and holds her back from falling!
Jigyasa calls out, 'Karuna' (This is Mishti from KYPH) who asks Massi (Her Mother) why is a woman being insulted in Walia Parivaar (Ha Ha, you just hear the whole story, lady!) Massi looks furiousy and then coldly tells Rano to throw Pia out of the House. Karuna asks Massi that she is throwing a woman out of the House for a woman whom she considers her a daughter and she threw out her own daughter one day. Massi is super cold and with fire in her eyes tells Rano that Pia won't live in this house and to throw her out this instant.
Jai is standing alone and thinking to himself that everything is over for him and Bani has gone from his Life and he has only one way to follow now. Jai is shown remembering his old times with Bani, then the truth coming out, Massi giving him the curse and then his breaking down on the Beach (Some lovley lyrics playing in the background talking about his repentance for what happened)
OMG.....Jai is shown dragging Pia somewhere in a Jungle near a Cliff and then with hatred in his eyes, holding her hands, asks her that she loves him a lot, right? Jai says that fine let us be one today, since you can't live without me and since I can't live with you, let us finish this business by dying together (Yeh hui na baat Jai!) Pia looks horrified with fright, as Jai looks like a raving luniac, with such hatred in his eyes! (RK was WOW....As usual...)
Pia, that pyschotic woman, tells Jai that fine, let us die together, but what will happen to our child. Jai is like a roaring lion and tells Pia that he knew it, she would use the child. Jai asks Pia that she thinks she can become a Mother, you are already the biggest curse on the child's life and someone who has ruined the life of a woman who was a Mother to her. Jai says that a woman like you can never have any relationship because you are a blot on womanhood! Jai blasts of Pia, says a superb line, that unlike you, I can't murder my child, because I am not Pia and never will be! You said it, man, you said it! Pia is shown standing stunned at the show of pure hatred from Jai!
Aditya and Dadi are talking to Massi and telling her to make Bani react, else she will die like this. Massi who is in her Rudra Kaali Avtaar tells them that she knows what has to be done and is shown walking out of the House and then she goes and tries to pull the Name Plate on the Front of the House with Jai's name and rips it apart and tells Aditya that a man's identity is his name and she will destroy it today. Massi tells them that her daughter would never need Jai's name from today and she will start a new life and a new identity from today onwards!
Bani is shown sitting like a statue in the Garden, when Karuna comes and tries to be compassionate to her, but gets no reaction. Karuna is very kind to Bani and tells her that even she was betrayed by her own people many years ago and she can understand what it feels to be backstabbed by our own people. Bani shows no reaction, when Massi comes and holds back Bani protectively and asks Karuna how dare she come near her daughter and that you might live in this House, you have no realtion with anyone in this House.
Massi takes a still dazed Bani to her room and very lovingly speaks to her. Just then Lakshmi comes and asks Massi that whether Karuna's mistake was so huge that she has still not forgiven her for what happened. Massi looks a little softened by Lakshmi's ranting, but then gives a cold look at her and blasts her off and tells her to get lost, she can stay in this House but not have any relationship with her. Lakshmi looks heartbroken!
Jai is shown meeting Tarun in his Office and hands over his property papers to him saying that he had put everything in Bani's name. Tarun looks very upset with Jai and says that what is more heartbreaking is not only that Jai has made such a huge mistake, but is doing one mistake after another and by giving all his wealth to Bani, he is further insulting her. As Jai listens on with a dignified silence, Tarun says that when a man has an affair outside his marriage, he hurts the dignity and self-respect of his wife and Jai has done exactly that.
Tarun asks Jai how on Earth could he end up committing this big a mistake, how could someone like Jai Walia do this big a blunder. Jai looks disgruntled as he tells Tarun that till date he has not being able to comphrend what exactly happened that night and that he was so swayed by what was happening around him, that he just didn't have a grip on the situation. Jai says that he knows there is no excuse for his mistake. (Jai stresses a lot on the fact that he still has no clue of what exactly happened that night!)
Jai then kind of breaks down and tells Tarun that he is dying to see Bani just once, and would do anything to have her back in his Life. Tarun looks pretty disgusted and tells Jai that his story with Bani is over and there is no looking back now.š Tarun looks sympathetic yet pretty upset with Jai, as he tells a shocked Jai, that the only reaction he will get from Bani is tears and that is all she needs desperately right now.
The episode ends on showing a moist eyed Jai in one frame and a numb Bani in another.
Comments and Summary :
For the first time, PD is actually stealing the thunder from right under RK's sexy nose! Without a single word, without a single dialouge, she just chews up the scenery! Watch out the scene where Pia is pyching out Bani, PD's eyes were so vivid, they expressed terror, helplessness and total vulnerability! What an actress!šRC had all the lines, but she looked lost in front of Prachi, who just set the Camera on fire with her peformance! Kudos!
Best Scene of the Episode : Jai telling Pia to jump off the cliff with himš Loved him for this! And then the really sarcastic telling off he gives to her, ending with the line, I am not Pia and never will be!šWhatever his crimes, the man gets me everytime!
Best Dialouge of the Episode : "Main Pia nahin hoon, aur na kabhi ban sakta hoon" - Jai giving a dose of her own bitter medicine to Reptile! Anyway Jai, you are way too much of a man to be Piaš¤¢
Best Peformance : Prachi Desai! Words fail to describe the little lady! Would be a tough competition to everyone in the Best Actress Category this year for sure! Seema Bhargava and RK were rocking too (But then, what is new here!)
Most Chilling Scene : Bani's shivering and huddling in a corner as Pia keeps talking to her and tries to touch her! I dont' think any amount of words could have affected the way Bani's naked vulerability and broken down emotional condition did! It was really heartbreaking to see her in this condition!
Jhansi Ki Rani Award : Goes to Massi for being super-protective about her newly adopted daughter! While I am kind of pissed at her for making Jai go through hell, she has to be given applause for being so protective about Bani, especially when she needs it the most.
Jai and Tarun Face-off : Already evident! While Tarun is not angry with Jai, at the same time he is pretty upset and edgy....Would be pretty interesting to see how he ends up falling in love with Bani, fully aware how much Jai and Bani love one another despite everything!
The ONS is one shady thing : Why does Jai keep repeating that he still doesn't remember what happened that night? If he is so confused, then why the hell did he eagerly lap up the fact that Pia is carrying his child?
Fast Forward : One thing is clear, child or no child, Jai is done with Pia for good. No question of touching her with a barge pole now. Anyway, when the lounge lizard come to know that her Mr. Vollaya has handed over all his wealth to her Bani Di, wonder what she will have to say!š
A great episode, very well directed and very well peformed!š
