She was waiting for him.

Today she was very excited; she wanted him to be the first one to know.

She had called him several times, but he was busy in some stupid meeting.

She was feeling restless, so she decided to cook something.

All other family members have gone to Jalandhar to attend a marriage.

They were to join them a day after tomorrow.

In order to make himself available for the function, Maan was working overtime.

Geet decided to bake a cake and cook Chole Bhature for him.

Finally he arrived at 10 pm totally exhausted.

The aroma of his favorite dish enlightened his mood.

She smiled at his childish trick and asked him to change while she makes bahturas.

After 10 minutes he was eating and praising her cooking.

She joined him on table later.

When he asked for desert she brought the cake.

"Cake, anyone's birthday" he said

"No, but you have to cut it" she said keeping the cake in front of him

He took the knife and leaned to cut the cake but the icing surprised him

"Is it true?" he asked looking at her

"Yes" she said blushing hard

"Sachchi!" excitement evident from his voice

"Muchchi" she covered her face with her palms

He came near her and removed her palms from her face and lifted her face by her chin

"Look at me Geet" he demanded

She slowly opened her eyes and was drowned in the pool of love

"Dr confirmed it today" she said

"Oh Geet I can't believe I am going to be a father so soon" he said, "Oh Geet you are such a darling"

He kissed her like insane, and she reciprocated with equal desire

Later they cut the cake together and had their fill; the icing was to us, the would-be parents.

Next day Maan handed her a wrapped case, she looked at him with confusion and slowly opened it

It was her Jaan Nokia 6600, she smiled and hugged him

"Geet I have had it repaired" he said

"For what, I have already had all the data on the PC" she said

"I have had my software engineers work on it, they have reinstalled the camera and increased it to 8 Mpa" he said {now girls I don't know if this is possible, but this is fiction, aur yahan kuch bhi ho sakta hain}

"Why?" she was confused

"I want to take every picture of our baby by your Jaan" he said in a serious tone

"WHAT!" she was like what is this

"Yes, your jaan Nokia 6600, My Jaan you, and I am your Jaan-e- Maan" he teased her

"Oh Maan I love You" she said

"Same here also Geet, but I love your jaan more" he winked

She just huged him tight and kissed her Jaan Nokia 6600 first then her Jaan-e- Maan

And they lived happily ever after and kept clicking photos videos and what not from NOKIA 6600 and keeping record of their memories, and Maan made a point to transfer all the data to the Laptop or PC.
