Its way too simple Madhu loves RK and married him though Sultan tried hard to change her mind. Sultan thought using "Bhendi Pie" he could easily fasao madhu. He is jealous of RK

what a question to ask. if someone insults someone again and again, raises question on parenthood, calls the individual nazayaz.

it is obvious. and justified. all can't be madhu that forgetting all insults of her and her family she starts loving rk

before RK slapping sultan and calling najaayaz sultan used to hate RK then it increased but my question is why sultan hates RK at first.is RK after his wife Madhu or RK's wife Madhu.actually sultan is after RK's wife Madhu even after so many warnings from RK to stay away from his wife Madhu.so RK hates sultan and RK's reason is genuine not like sultan's fake reasons.
