Can Jai return to W Corp./ Industries

Hey was doing some thinking ..here ..Maasi god knows from where she got the authority kicked Jai Out slamming the door in his face ..with a farewell dialogue that he wont have anyone to call his own in Life .According to her the mansion is in her sister Krishna Walia's Name ....Fine ..so maasi threw him out but isnt it assumed that either Jai will be the sole owner /inheritor of the Mansion after his mom's death or ..Both He and Jigs togather will own it .If Jigs is his Blood sister that is .

Now what about Walia corp /Industry ? What exactly is JW standing /position ..at Walia corp ?

The way Maasi dictated JW's last rites ordering The Family to Be in mourning ..and no one dared oppose her ..I am beggining to Think ..Maasi could Have an Important position at Walia corp , I mean .. She could be a Major shareholder . Sister Krishna may have secretly handed Billo some extra shares in case of emergencys like the Present .

JW can atleast call W corp his own .and go to work in his office .or will Maasi be there too to show him the door ?

***This is not the rite time to point out Ekta's fault, but still wanted to say this mansion is not in some particular name, its under Ancestral property and JW is the care taker legally for this! (This came to limelight during divorce fiasco) and the other house where the ceremony was done of Krishna Walia is in Maasi's name!!

My understanding is that although JW did inherit something from his parents, Walia Corp is largely created by him and owned by him in his own name rather than as a family trust. The fact that during the alimony saga he was able to give 60-70% of it to Bani without any legal challenge from Jigs suggests that. He also said that in an interview in the Goa episode that he has created everything by himself.

Now if my understanding is correct, Massi may have the power to throw JW out of WM, but Walia Corp is his property so obviously she cannot touch that. Legally speaking, Bani can at best get some alimony out of his property. But that is something that will never happen. Maasi will probably insist on 100% of JW's estate as alimony and Munna would accept it without demur. Or else, Bani leaves without taking anything. So the estate remains undivided.

For the sake of the poor shareholders/lenders/creditors of WC, I hope it is Bani and co. who get control of the assets- her acolytes- Tarun, Pooch, Nattu, Adi and Ranveer shoudl be able to keep the business together, Jaidas would ruin everything.

The house WM is jai hard owned property and jai's mom's house is the one where they performed her tervi and that is on maasi's name and this house and walia group of industries is very much munna's which he will surley hand it over to his Krishna and Co(i am sure they will have more than one child).

Irony is that this is the same JW and the famous WM from where he used to throw ppl out left and right and now he is thrown out.

Pri ,Raging bull and kekta Mai might suprise us by keeping Jai sober and not portray him as Jaidas .look who we expected to leave the Mansion and who ended up on the streets .

So he will drink for a day or 2 any person who has been thru so much can be given some time to recover na .Bani has all the support in WM But Jai has no one Xcept the Bottle ..-Yeh lal rang kab mujhe chode ga .-.

I doubt Tony will leave the comfort and Free luxury meals .of the Mansion to join his Master on Banwaas.😆 Besides The family needs tony to do his household chores and tasks or jigs will have to jhadu/katka marofy 😆the house and sahil will have to clean the to😆ilets .and do the dishes Rano and Raashi ..are used to doing the cooking .. Bani will be at WC.

as laxman maybe Nachiket can accompay jai on his anwaas .This is his opportunity to find a place in jai's good books
