Its no secret that the Indian audience loves watching romance in their daily soaps amid all the kitchen politics and saasbahu drama.And no romance can be interesting without some extra masala to pep up the proceedings.If a straight love story has the potential to become a love triangle,then soapmakers leave no stone unturned to explore it further.
THE LOVEBIRDS:
Surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover in Qubool Hai share enough eyelocks,and an interesting chemistry as Zoya and Asad Ahmed Khan,but havent gotten around to professing their love for each other,keeping the audience in a state of suspense even amid the ongoing marriage track.
Jodi breaker:
Tanveer (Amrapali Gupta) as the scheming hazel eyed childhood friend of the male lead makes for the most amazing mean queen on TV.From self-immolation to slitting her wrists,almost electrocuting her rival to now seducing her childhood bestie,Tanveers the most dangerous vamp who might eventually act as a catalyst and give the Asad-Zoya relationship a final push,may be in the right direction.
