Looks like the cvs are obsessed with gareebi. Currently they are showing a business tycoon, a doctor, a top-notch lawyer, a supermodel, all living in a filthy chawl. šThe supermodel is gone but she too had her fair share of mosquito-bitesš
Why does Manav live in that chawl when he can provide the best of the best houses in Mumbai or elsewhere to his family? Earlier it was another thing for he was poor but now? Which kind of a business tycoon lives in chawls?? Not that people who live in chawls are bad but c'mmon everybody knows what kind of environment prevails in such places. People live there NOT because they love to but because they can't afford anything better. Give them a nice flat in some society and they'll run over each other to grab it! And here what they're showing is people filing cases against those who are giving them a better environment to live in.š
Archu loves poverty and Manav loves Archu, so he too loves povertyāļø but why are the other people shown to be living 'happily'(if you forget the constant dramas) in a place where they do not belong? How come the Canada returned group adapt so easily in that place?
Savita- When she was poor, she wanted to be rich. Now when she is rich, she wants to live in that chawl because there are 'memories' attached with it. I don't understand this woman at all! She doesn't have a stable mind. Just like she can't decide whether Archu is good or bad, the same way she can't decide whether she wants to be rich or poor.
According to me what the cvs want to show is :-
Suppose somebody is living in the slums for a long time and one of their bright kid gets a decent job and a decent place to live in. So the person should not leave the slum hut because of the 'yaadein' and the kid should continue working from the slum only. After all slums are not bad. So many people live over there. And only poor people have golden butts. Only they value emotions and feelings. It's the rich who are a problem to the country. š
Purvi-She was 18 and she had a high-profile job.š It itself shows how knowledgeable the cvs are. Anyways, that's not my point. My point is why is she not working now??!! When Onir was working, she could afford the privileges of being a housewife but now when she's been dumped, why are they not showing her going for interviews and all? She was quite talented, keeping in mind the number of deals she got for the company when she was working.āļø She's sad and all that but she has the responsibility of a daughter! That good for nothing Sulochana sits at home all day, she can take care of Pari while Purvi can go searching for work. And once upon a time I heard about her FDs. She can use them if can't work!
Onir- He is just stupid. He has a house in Kolkata. Why didn't he just go back there with Purvi? Or even if wanted to cool his butt in Mumbai, he could've sold that house and got a decent place in Mumbai for his wife and kid. And didn't he have any savings? All of a sudden he came on the roads. His accounts were blocked or what? Guess the cvs don't know about savings.š
Ovi- She's a supermodel.š Do the cv's even know what a supermodel is? Here I am not commenting on the personal appearance of the actor but the fact that a supermodel is supposed to be famous..hell lot of famous!! Naomi Campbell. Cindy Crawford.. Hello?? People+ paparazzi keep a track of every tit-bit of their lives. They sneeze and it's news. And here Ovi was shown hiding her marriage to salvage her career! How can she 'hide' her marital status? She's a 'supermodel' from Canada for God's sake! How come her marriage to one of Canada's biggest businessman went unnoticed? It wasn't a hush hush affair. Much publicised drama followed it.
It's not connected to the gareebi thing but wanted to write about the ignorance of cvs. They don't read magazines. Or newspapers. Or anything.
Teju- What does she do all day other than witnessing the ever-going family drama? Ohh yeah..She's happily buying bhindis from chawl ka market!! How in the world did she adjust in the chawl in the first place?! She lived in Canada for 18 years in a huge bungalow and with every luxury at her feet. Which sane girl would give up all of that and adjust in a filthy little chawl buying bhindis and driving taxis!! People come abroad from India and drive cabs to support themselves because the money here is good. But a girl from Canada driving cabs in India to fend for herself! Didn't she have a degree or what?š²
Sachin-What cases he must be getting working from that amazing 'pavitra' place, I don't even want to comment.š
Soham-why are they not thinking about educating him? And why is Varsha shown gloating over his mehnat ki kamaai? He's working as a labourer and Madam Varsha is happyš¤¢ His father is richie rich. Why is he not hiring someone to groom him. If illiterate Archu can be groomed, so can Soham! He can give him some chhota-mota job in his company. š„±
One more question..how many rooms are there in the D-house?š Where does everyone sleep?š²
