It was in his father's studio..

No that does not give Sultan any reason what so ever.

The studio had been closed for a long time and all the renovations in the studio was done by RK's money.

Breaking and vandalism is a crime which Sultan did.

Also Sultan has no concrete proof that MK is his father. He believed a drunk who might be holding a grudge against MK for maybe firing him for drinking during work. Also Rashid left him and his foster mother.

A woman who is not in senses to tell the actual truth.
