It is a restaurant, it has 5 sections one is open area kind of eating place(where he made all see Kulvaddhu premier luanch as big flat screen TV's were kept so that all could see 1st episode of Kulvaddhu on 25th Dec, 2006), then there is room for dining section sort of restaurant, then again on top there is big hall where U can have club kind of thing with RJs generally when Anuj throws a party there is arrranges DJ and all can dance, then again top 2 sections are there, it is quite huge around 8500 sp ft
