GENERATION LEAP CONFIRMED BY MRINALINI

Tyagi, better known as Teju
from Zee TV's long running
show Pavitra Rishta, has no
qualms with the leap factor.
Balaji Telefilm's Pavitra Rishta
has already taken three
conceptual jumps till now. Even
Mrinalini's entry on the show
was happened with 18 years
leap and if believe source the
show is again pondering to do a
generation leap soon.
On talking about the same,
Mrinalini said, "Many actors don't
want to be part of leaps, but I
rather see the positive side of
things. If you don't take it, the
story cannot go forward and
has to end then and there. Also,
a time jump brings freshness to
the story and fresh talents get
an opportunity to be seen just
as Rithvik Dhanjani, Shakti
Arora, Asha Negi, Shruti
Kanwar and I too. Above all, the
existing actors get a chance to
play more mature characters."
About forthcoming leap, she
revealed, "Well, only the
creatives and Ankita Lokhande
(lead Archana) will have
knowledge about it. We guys
have no clue. I have to admit
here that I am ready for a big
leap. If it happens, it can help me
get out of the current
tomboyish college girl zone.
However, I am not sure if the
other characters would want
the same though."
On her thoughts about aging on
screen, Mrinalini averred, "If
Ankita who is only 25 years old
can play a mother of five kids,
why not me? Actually she is
younger to me."

To tell the truth i would rather want ankita to be in a non-ekta show cause even after the leap all they will show is a infamous love triangle like they always do, so i dont think even after leap the story would change, it would be better if they just end the show and the actors find much better shows

Ankita want & obviously she deserve younger role. My question then why need to leap. Is not better to end this serial & start new project. All will be happy.

God knows what will happen...but I really hopr the show ends on a good note!!! 😊

How would you like it if I say that in the last 4 months the show was dominated by Madam Asha and the TRPs were totally destroyed because of her calling the shots ...

You would hate that because it is a horrible thing to say because whether it is Asha Negi or Ankita Lokhande , they are only actors who enact what is given to them ..OK some of them are very good at their job and so become more popular but they do largely depend on their story track ...

why blame the actors all the time if things do not turn out the way you want them to be ...blame the producers na ...they are calling the shots .

Just like you would get hurt with Asha getting blamed , we too get hurt for Ankita getting blamed unnecessarily . We too have same feelings as you guys ...

Right now the only story that involves Archana is the one with Soham and that too has her as only part of the theme ...and the track is only a parallel track ..The main story is of Arjun Purvi Onir and Ovi ...
