SIRFINA Had already speculated this regarding the fact that it perhaps maybe could possibly be Adi the reason for Nani's death 😲

So following SIFINA's speculations i feel as though this sorta makes sense? I mean we all know it was revealed yesterday that Nana is for sure protecting someone. So could that certain someone be Adi? 🤢 Heres what could possibly go down...
-Somehow its revealed it was Adi's accidental unintentional fault for the reason of Nani jii's death 😲
-How you ask? Well somehow Adi's ball like SIRFINA mentioned in her post, could have hit Nani's life machine. Or whilst he was playing he accidentally knocked off her life support machine. Then Adi left the scene continue playing since he was a kid and had no idea. Then Nanu could come in and realise Nani's oxygen mask is off and he was holding it, and tried putting it back on but it was too late? 🤢
-Then Adi goes mad. When he finds out this truth. He goes in state of shock, distress, anxiety and severe depression and resentment.
-Rubal being Rubal will forever hold this against him. Making him feel more guilty than necessary. ðŸ˜
-Rubal will make matters worse, tensions will probably so sky high. 😡
-[This is drastic but] Adi tries to commit suicide since he feels as though he shouldn't live, since he took away his Nani's life. [My sister was saying that Adi would never do this. But who knows?] 😕
-Adi fails the attempt of suicide. Pankhuri is damn worried, and stressed.
This drama unfolding will be damn interesting. And a very intense, shocking storyline. Adi the perfect beta...a murderer by accident?
