I think they would want to reveal it but will not be able to do it... because of some reasons ...but their relationship cant be a secret as papa shikhawat knows so no point of keeping it a secret ...

So people... we were right!!! 🥳Swayam and Sharon are going to keep their relationship a secret [i guess for a while]... So... We will get to watch some awesome Swaron nok-jhok pretty soon 😉
