photoshop not working

I need help with photoshop. I've been away for 2 weeks and when I came back I decided to do some more graphics work. Every time I try to run the program it freezes when it has nearly finished loading everything. How do I stop this? I've tried reinstalling ps, I've ran my anti-virus program...what else is there that I can do?

I didn't download it in the first place though, I installed it with a CD.

Delete that program and then install it with the cd or restrt your computer!! That should work!!! 😃
