Baisa tells Bhoomi that her plan is successful. Bhoomi removes the fake plasters from her hand and leg. Baisa tells her that Shefali is happy to see her in this state, but I appreciate this form of yours, I never thought you could plan and do such a thing. Bhoomi tells her that she had no other choice, and thanks Baisa that she could not have done anything without her help.
Baisa tells her how she managed to help Bhoomi. When Shefali tells Dr. Gyatri to call Bhoomi at the old clinic, Baisa overhears her, and the car that is shown is Baisa's. When Baisa reaches at the old clinic of Dr. Gyatri she see's Bhoomi waiting for Gyatri, Baisa tells her that Shefali has asked Gyatri to leave the city. Bhoomi is worried that Shefali is always a step ahead of them, and there is no use fighting Shefali openly. Bhoomi thinks. She then tells Baisa that her car stopped just a little away from her (Bhoomi) what if she had been hit by the car, Baisa says accident. Bhoomi suggest that they fake her accident.
There is a knock on the door, Bhoomi pretends to be asleep and puts the plasters back on her hand and leg. Its Arjun, he asks Baisa to go rest he will sit with Bhoomi. Arjun goes sits next to Bhoomi, fondly touches her hair, and tells her that he was very worried when he heard about the accident, he tells her to take care of herself and he tells her that I cannot live without you. Arjun takes out a mor pankh locket from his pocket which his nani had given to him for his safety and ties it around Bhoomi's neck and tells her that this will protect her, The lines "Tera Mera Saath Hai Aisa, Paton Par Shabnam Ke Jaisa" play. Arjun leaves. Bhoomi opens her eyes, she has smile on her lips, but tears of joy in her eyes.
Its morning, Baisa brings tea for Bhoomi. Bhoomi is happy and shows Baisa the locket. Bhoomi tells Baisa that she does not like lying to Arjun, as he is very worried, and she cant keep doing this for long and has to do her work quickly.
Bhoomi calls Dr. Gyatri's clinic and talks to her assistant as an assistant of Shefali Goenka. Dr's assistant says Dr. is not there, Bhoomi asks for her address and tells the assistant that Shefali will get angry if her work is not done. Dr.'s assistant gives her the address. Dr. Gyarti is in a hotel.
Arjun is sitting, worried, Shefali comes there and asks him, Arjun tells her that he is worried about Bhavri, Shefali tells him not to worry about Bhoomi as she is getting better. Arjun tells her that you don't know what Bhavri means to me, Shefali tells him that you don't know what you mean to me, Baisa hears their conversation.
Baisa comes and tells Arjun that she had kept a manat for Bhoomi and asks Arjun and Shefali to go to the mandir to do the required pooja as she is not feeling well. Shefali hesitates, Arjun says he will go alone, Shefali then tells him she will also come along and they both leave.
Bhoomi comes downstairs, thanks Baisa for all her help, takes Baisa's ashirwad and leaves to see Dr. Gyatri. A guy comes and informs Dr. Gyatri that Bhoomika Goenka has come to see her, the Dr. is very worried.
Arjun and Shefali are sitting in the mandir doing the pooja, Shefali gets a call from Gyatri. Gyatri tells Shefali to come soon as Bhoomi has come to see her. Shefali calls Yuv to go checkup on Bhoomi. Yuv gets irritated at Shefali, and just asks her for the money. Shefali tells him to go check on Bhoomi cause if Bhoomi is missing, she will not get Arjun and nor he the money. Yuv goes towards Bhoomi's room, Baisa sees him, Baisa stops Yuv and asks him to go get her glasses from her room right away. Yuv goes and comes back with the glasses, calls out to Baisa, but Baisa is not there.
Yuv goes to Bhoomi's room and see's her sleeping, all covered up in a blanket, except a hand is out with plaster on it. Actually its Baisa who is there in Bhoomi's place. Yuv thinks that Shefali is going mad, from Bhoomi's room Yuv calls Shefali and tells her that Bhoomi is sleeping. Shefali calls Dr. Gyatri and accuses her of playing games, and tells her to beware as she is dealing with Shefali.
Bhoomi enters Dr. Gyatri's room.
