How does r topic cum under STICKY TOPIC?

I wanted to start a topic which is a really COOL TOPIC......I DON'T WANT IT TO GO IN THE 10th Page later!!! Tell me how does a topic come under the Sticky Topic Banner???????

Yes only the modz and forum administrators has the power to make a topic sticky one if they finds the topic that much important or interesting.For that you have to p.m. them.
