I'm loving M:EIEJ and glad that we have seen the show get back to it's TRP greatness.

I'm also quite intrigued to see how this new track pans out and what twists are coming our way.

But I have a few concerns about this whole Sultan/RK long lost brother track.

A) AV seems like a nice enough guy but the whole Sultan character just hasn't meshed as well as it could have

B)This whole Sultan/RK being brothers seems a little too cliched and also AV and VD look nothing like brothers, nor does Sultan look like the son of Mohan Kundra, he looks more like the son of Rasheed. If they wanted to pursue that angle then why not get someone like Mishal Raheja to play Sultan, at least he looks slightly similar to RK and it would have been more believable, like where did Sultan get his blue eyes from???

C) As per the flashbacks it seems that Sultan is the elder brother of RK and Madhu is now officially married to RK and personally I think it's inappropriate and wrong for a brother to fancy his brother's wife, it's bad enough that we have Dips who seems to have an unhealthy fascination with RK, but then i'm thinking does that mean we will see Sultan and Dips plotting together to separate RK & Madhu.

D) WHY are they delaying the SR, if it's for trps and they want to show a special occasion for the SR then that's fine but part of me is a little worried because if they don't have an SR it leaves room for there to be a possible separation between RK/Madhu which i really don't want to see, at least not any time soon. I'm happy to see them angry at each other and but still together.

I feel that we are somewhat deviating from the uniqueness of M:EIEJ and it's turning into a family drama with unnecessary plots.And we have already seen far too many instances of misunderstandings between Madhu & RK concerning Sultan and I really don't want to see that again and again.

I have nothing against Sultan but to make the character work and have that impact I feel they need to keep him separate to the Kundra family and perhaps utilise his gangster story and background a lot more.

What do you guys think?

Nice post!! I still can't get around the fact that colors is the same channel which gave us Dutta Bhao..They have made a mockery of their own creation with this new age don..😕

As long as Rishbala are together, SR or no SR I'm okay with any stupid plot. But the kaka & co does make things a bit more unpalatable..!!

cvs know ONLY rishbala isnt enuf ...so this track so that sulbala scns can also b shwed...this is a bettr track than shwing mb going to sultans house freq for the heck of sulbala scns..tjnx to bathroom romance fetching 2.2 trp n jus a sulbala precap of few secs in rks room in fri epi fetching higher trps on sat than jhalak ist night...

for sum reason...CVs hv ALWAYS stopped rishbala consummation this way or othr...even in village track they shwed rk backing off ...that time there was a valid reason...their wedding wasnt complete...still they cud hv shwed it...nd now also they rnt giving the consummation track n stopping it...now the ques is FOR WHAT...now is the best time to shw ding dong but still cvs r putting a halt...they r keeping mb virgin...as we all know this rishbala wedding is temporary n aftr a few months cvs hv to shw sulbala...so mbs first SR will b with Sultan

Wait that doesn't make sense, having both Rishbala & Sulbala is a joke.

And Madhu was always destined to be with RK, this was a story about an ordinary girl and a superstar.

I will definitely not agree to seeing Madhu consummate with Sultan no way, that's a cop out and the majority of fans won't agree.

On top of that, these last few weeks have been doing well with the TRPs because of the marriage track, I really do not think one scene has made that impact, i've checked the breakdowns and the RK/Madhu episodes have worked wonders, especially once it was confirmed that this marriage will in fact go ahead.

Also Sultan may have rights over Mohan Kundra's legacy but not the RK mansion, simply because the RK mansion has been acquired by RK and his own hard earned money and movies, hence why he always threatens to throw out Dips & Sikky,

Also as per the storyline everything that Mohan Kundra made was lost again and anything that he did get was from Radha's side of the family.

So technically speaking no Sultan doesn't have rights over the RK mansion or RK's wealth.

He would only have rights over the wealth if RK had inherited it and we all know that to this day Mohan Kundra's studio is still out of action.

Obviously as a fan you're entitled to your opinion and desires for the show but if that is what Sulbala fans are hoping for then really it spells the end for the show because it just creates so many plot holes and inconsistency.

I'm on twitter and and also FB and follow the feedback of fans and so far a lot are not huge fans of Sultan and his character which is why it's a surprise why the CVs are continuing to weave this story further.

Nice post!

Agree that Rishbala are truly married and together and there is no sense in delaying their SR. But as ST said in an article earlier, SR is a big event and TRP booster in TV shows and so they will show it at an appropriate time. My best guess is it will happen when DD is back from JDJ and then need a new track to bring in high TRP's.

Madhu and the Bhai now have a Choti Bhabhi and Jethji relationship- so Madhu in fact becomes his Bahu and any such looks or thoughts would be highly inappropriate. I hope he gets over this schoolboy crush and behaves in a manner befitting a father in law with Madhu.

First and formost Madhu is not some toy that should be tossed between Rk and sultan.

She is officially married to RK now and all of you so called fan's are hell bent on making Madhu a girl that jumps from one man to another like a S**** or have EMA. No sane audience will watch this crap.

Legally sultan has no right on RK's house, if you have forgotten let me remind you Bittuji saying that RK built this house from his own hard work and money. There is no way sultan can lay claim on RK's house.

Sultan and Madhu can be friends but no romance.

Oh Mishal! Laagi Tujhse Lagan was the first Indian show I ever watched! He was pretty good! Does he still act or does work with his business now? That show went downhill when he left.

A) It is surprising that they delayed Sultan track for nearly 3-4 months and still did not sketch his character properly. Events associated with him appear very rushed.

B) Agree that RK and Sultan do not look like brothers at all. Unless the CVs introduce a new character, Kukku Bhatia can also be a suspect in fathering Sultan coz of his height.😉
