I know its not related to the TV Show, but lets gain something out of it, I live in US and cant find any desi diets to follow, i know the basic stuff so I keep redesigning them to incorporate in my daily life. The biggest factor is they have to be healthy, so lets start this little topic.
Recipe no 1
Bean Burritos (Indian Style)
Atta(Flour)
Rajma(Boiled)
Capsicum
Onions
Cheese(Low Fat)
Grilled Chicken
Green Chutney(Mint/coriander one)
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Make a biggg roti and cook it the way we cook our regular rotis, grill the chicken(I used salt pepper little honey and chilli flakes). If you dont have the oven cook it on the tava with very less oil. Saute onions and capsicum(add more vegetables if you like).Now take the roti, put the chicken in the center,green chutney, add saute veggies, cheese, boiled rajma, cucumber and tomatoes choppes, roll it. If you have oven grill it for 5 minutes, else cook it on the tava for 5 minutes so cheese can be melted. Bean burrito ready
