Gauri's Name

Hey guys!!

After todays episode the conclusion that I draw is that shiv must be taking gauri's name, even though he doesnt know it, hez obviously falling for gauri 😃 and in time of need being unconcious and all his sub concious only has gauri in mind and thats y he will be taking her name only....😃

What do u guys think?? am i being too hopeful or is it possible😊
