Based on the precap and the last few mins of the epi, my guess is that Latika finds the nurse in the restaurant or at least knows the nurse's name but failed in finding her, but Pankhu or Adi (most likely Pankhu) catch sight of her as she's leaving (so as not to hear the convo) this build Pankhu's suspicions. Then she goes to meet nanaji, she finds the note which has the mention of the nurse's name, the note will have been sent by Latika (as she now knows who the nurse is). Then Pankhu will go jasoos, then full out battle between Pankhu and Latika in the coming episodes.
