When he woke up in his Nainital farmhouse, Arnav looked around sleepily for Khushi and Raksh. How did he sleep through the night without Raksh waking up even once?

Why did his arms feel empty and his body seem cold? Where was Khushi?

He looked around and registered his new environment. And then it hit him---He was in Nainital. He remembered everything from the previous day.

His shoulders slumped at the memory. So, she had hidden facts from him-big facts. So, she had not told her the fact that she was not the daughter of his arch enemy. She had let him suffer and feel guilty.

But she was also the woman who had forgiven him all his mistakes. His bad temper. His accusations regarding her father, His numerous outbursts. Can't he forgive her once? Why had he left her to worry? And Raksh. How could he leave him just to the care of two women?

What if he had been sick? What if Khushi had needed him?

And could he stop loving her because of one incident? Heck no! He would rather stop breathing. She was part of his soul, his breath, his heartbeats, He was nothing without her.

Feeling ashamed, he quickly grabbed his phone to call her.

But he decided against it. He would go back and surprise her

Khushi had not slept all night. She had cried non stop. This time she did not blame him. She blamed herself for the mess.

He may be angry with her a zillion times. Do ridiculous things out of anger. But she knew he was part of her soul, her breath, her heartbeats, She was nothing without him.

But could she continue to live with a man who turned hot and cold all the time? Who hurt her irrationally when his anger overtook his senses?

Suddenly she came to a decision----

'So your bro has repeated his stupidity,' Karan said, looking into Anjali's tear filled eyes.

'He is not stupid,' Anjali said defiantly' he just reacts. How do I get them together again?' she asked.

'Take my suggestion. Leave them alone Their love is strong enough not to give in to such storms. For once stop meddling and interfering Anjali. Get a life!' Karan said bluntly.

More tears filled Anjali's eyes as she gave him a hurt look and said 'I don't have a life Karan. They are all I have. I can't see them separated. Anyway, how will you realize this? You don't have a heart,' she said and limped towards the door.

But she never got there as she felt a hand on her shoulder. Surprised she turned around---

'Do you want to know if I have a heart?' Karan asked as he took her hands and placed it on his heart. Anjali felt it racing, 'Yes I have a heart. It had stopped working, the day my little girl died and my wife threw accusations at me. But now I find it beating again---for you,' he said looking into her eyes.

Anjali was too surprised to react. But the sheer delight she felt in her heart, told her she was more than happy with his words. Shyly she took his hand and placed it on her own heart and said, 'And mine is beginning to beat for you.'

Karan's face broke into a smile, almost the first time she had seen him smile. As she smiled back, he took her in a warm embrace, with a promise to keep her safe forever---

When Arnav came back home, after driving like a maniac, he found n one at home except HP.

'What the hell is wrong? Where are Di and Khushi?' to which HP had told him they were not home.

He raced to their room to see if Khushi had left him a note, But he found none. He panicked and called Khushi. No response. He then called his Di

No response.

Arnav felt himself going crazy as time ticked away and he could not trace Khushi---no she could not left him again-she wouldn't dare----

Or had she. No. Khushi could not do that to him. She knew he could not breathe without her.

And he knew she felt the same.

She could be angry with him. Turn away from him for a while. Be mad at him. But he knew she could not live a day without him.

So where the hell was she?
