An upcoming reality series The Bachelorette India - Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika is in search of a new host and names like Ayushmann Khurrana, Ronit Roy,Hiten Tejwani and Niketan Madhok have already tossed in.

Now latest buzz states that production house is reportedly approaching actor Samir Soni for it. Samir was last seen in Colors family soap Parichay, hasn't ventured in hosting till now. However if things goes in his favour The Bachelorette India will be the first show wherein he will debut as host.

According to sources the production team had a meeting with Samir last week. "However, he has been finalized to play the lead in Somersault's next for Life Ok. This might create a problem as both the shows are for the same channel and there might be a clash of interests," informs sources. Samir also confirmed the buzz and said, "Yes, I have been approached. But nothing has been finalized as of yet. Talks are on."

The desi version of American show Bachelorette, which will air on Life OK, will see actress Mallika Sherawatfinding love on Indian television.
