I was thinking this also, I said it to Nadia in the Rishbala AT about 2 days ago.
Nadia, I know someone who interfered from RK's side Dipali, remember with the love test, when Madhu discovered it was a love game, remember how upset she was with RK, that he was taking her test? Similarly now it's happened on Madhu's side she told a third person what is happening in their relationship. That day when Madhu walked into the room coming from her parents mehndi ceremony to find RK gloating that Madhu loves him she is willing to leave all the wealth his fame everything. I think RK should be angry at finding another man in the bedroom and also the exact words she said that it was a betrayal a love game, which he is upset about that that her love has proved to be like his (he says) but also that his enemy knows the intricate details of his relationship with Madhu he doesn't like, but what did he expect Nadia, it's her friend and we girls tell our friends everything...😳😆
I did see a similarity, in the two situations, again it was in Rishbala's bedroom and he was disclosing to Dipali the intricate details of his love for Madhu, what RK is upset about is the fact Madhu told a third person about their love and let someone else into their relationship, but his guilty of the same...I know Madhu is going to be pleading with him today, but I really hope the CV's give her some strong dialogues too and let her tell him about his Dipali love test he did on her.
Also Manesha had RK not broken Madhu at the mandap when she believed in his love and their relationship she would not have sought to do any revenge on him now, so RK must also own up because all this betrayal was started because of him. So it's not surprising that he forgives her here, particularly as the dialogues of Madhu yesterday when RK was hearing were about how her love is stronger then any revenge, and that she doesn't want to break his heart rather she is more concerned with his happiness and her own.
