If people are civil then they have all the right to make a post on the forum, not just the frustration thread.
And the point that I'm basically trying to make through this post is that if someone doesn't like a particular character, there's nothing that the fan base of that character can do to change their opinion.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and choices.
We all just have to be open minded enough to accept the opinion and choices of others.
