Ravi is really playing a BIG game. He nominated Amit his friend once and know he nominated Carol. Carol shouldn't have told him that she nominated him. Remember he also voted for Aryan and Aryan was shocked.

Could be. He was mad that his 'angel' nominated him. Even though he was sweet to her face when she apologised, it seems he was hurt and angry.
