Madhu glanced at her watch

'7pm'

'Shit shit !! I'm late ...' She rolled her eyes and rushed to the washroom to get ready ...

She had Quick shower , then sprayed lots of Strawberry body mist...
Got changed into a beautiful Royal Blue dress that went a lil above a knees ... She straightened her hair.. Wore pearl earrings and a bracelet in one of her hands ... Blue mascara .. Lite liner and Hot pink lips ...

She checked herself in the mirror

'Oh my Gosh !! How can u look soo amazing Madhu?' She spoke to her reflection and then giggled

Suddenly the doorbell rang ..

'8pm...right on time '

'ThankGod Trish isn't home .. Else I would have been so screwed ' she quickly sprayed her fav 'Chanel' ...wore her silver heels and ran downstairs...

Standing infront of the door , she first straightened herself and her hair .. Took a deep breath and opened the door..

Her jaw dropped to the floor seeing RK dressed in a royal blue shirt and black coat and trousers ... His hair perfectly gelled up and he was smellin sooo goood...

'Hey !' Madhu spoke biting her lip

While RK was completely lost in her .. Checking her out from top to bottom...bottom to top..

'U can check me out later ... Trish will be home anytime' she spoke loudly ..

'Oh oh ! Yeah sorry ' RK got embarrased

"Let's go " he gestured his hand to her

she held it and walked to his car closing the door behind..

RK opened the door for her as she sat it ...he quickly rushed and sat in the drivers seat.. And accelerated the car ...taking a U-Turn he went off wid quite a speed...

'Madhu and RK ?' Trishna was stunned

As she got out of her car ... Seeing them both go together..

'But none of them told me about it ' she felt a pang in her heart..

'Let me see' she sat back in the car and went behind them..

During the whole journey Madhu was having butterflies in her stomach ..she had been on so many dates like uncountable .. But today she felt like it was her first date ever ! Coz she actually made an effort to look extra good ... This new feeling was like a budding flower .. Growing every minute inside her heart .. It was all so new for her .. She was trying to grasp it in slowly and steadily ..

'Madhu ..u look really beautiful' RK spoke snapping her out of her trance ...

'I know ! ThankYou' she smirked

'Ahaaan ! I see u made a special effort to get ready tonight'

Madhu suddenly felt conscious

'Yeah right ! Don't give urself so much importance' she spoke and quickly looked away to hide her blush..

'But where are we going?'

'Ul get to know ... Have some patience' RK smiled

Finally today is the day when I can propose the girl whose made me insane since the very first day... RK thought.. My rushhour life can be stablized only and only by Madhubala ... I just can't wait for her to be mine and wake up in my arms every morning...

He looked at Madhu ...

I swear I'll keep u happy ... Not even a day would pass by when u won't smile Madhu..

And wid tht RK stopped the car infront of a beach...

'We're here ?' Madhu asked

'Thts why I stopped the car na' RK raised a brow

'Ughhh!! Hate u' Madhu rolled her eyes..

RK smiled and got down .. He went to Madhu's side and opened the door for her .. As she got down ..he took her hand and started walking towards the beach..

Trishna saw all of it sitting in her car.. 'I'll never forgive u for this Madhu.. U knew I liked him... ' Trishna banged her fist on the dashboard of the car ..
Jealousy and anger was running like blood in her veins ..

As Madhu walked along the beach she was surprised to see the small palm trees decorated wid blue lights and there was a Shamiana sort of a thing wich had a table for 2 all ready ..

'This is beautiful RK' she whispered

RK turned around and saw her eyes glittering wid the lights ...and a genuinely sweet smile on her lips..

'Not as beautiful as u Madhu' he whispered ..

And this time Madhu couldn't help but blush ..

RK pulled out the chair for her and made her sit .. He sat opposite her wid the bottle of champagne in his hand .. He plucked the bottle cap as the champagne poured out .. Quickly he filled both of their Glasses...

'Ready for the most beautiful night of ur life??' RK spoke holding the glass in his hand.

Madhu smiled and nodded as she held the glass too..

They both had a cheers moment and then drank it in one go..

'So Madhubala ... Are u hungry?'

'Can u stop calling me Madhubala .. It sounds so formal'

'But I like ur name'

'I like it too.. But just call me Madhu .. It sounds more like we're close'

'Oops!' She thought in her mind

'So we're close?' RK smirked

Madhu bit her lip and looked here and there...

'Ahem ahem .. Are we close ?' RK repeated..

'I'm starving' Madhu blurted out ..

'Haha !! Sure beautiful ' and wid tht he made a call ..

And 2 chefs arrived immediately wid a trolley full of delicacies involving mostly italian food..

'How did u know I love Italian?' Madhu asked surprised..

'I know about everything u love ' RK smiled

'Really?' Madhu smiled

'Yes !! Really ... Now eat .. I know u didn't have anything since afternoon'

'W*F ! How do u knw tht ? Are u stalkin me ????' She asked

'No Madhu !!! Now if someone has a date wid RK how can tht person feel hungry in excitement ?' RK laughed

And madhu rolled her eyes ' u love urself too much don't u?'

'Yep ofcourse !! But now I lo...' And he suddenly pressed his lips together..

'Eat' he smiled

They both ate in silence ... As they finished ... They heard some music playing...

Madhu glanced up at RK who got up from his chair and asked for Madhu's hand...

'Dance ?'

Madhu immediately gave in her hand ...

'Sure'

And wid tht they both stood up...

RK placed his hand on Madhu's waist and other hand entwined in hers.. Madhu's one hand was on RK's shoulder..

And the music became more clear..

Madhu and Rk was slowly swaying to the tunes of the song... Both were drowning in each others eyes wid every passing moment... 'Beautiful' RK thought as he saw Madhu's face lighting up in the moonlight..

RK spinned Madhu around in circles ... And then pulled her closer to him.. As her back hit his chest.. He wrapped his hands on her waist ..and they started swaying slowly ...

Tu bhi kahaan ab hosh mein
Makhmali raat ki ho na subah

Madhu could feel RK's breath on her bare shoulders and neck ... Her eyes closed as her heart matched the beats of her rhythmic breathing..
His hands tightened on her stomach pushing her more into him..

Haan choo toh liya hai ye jism tune
Rooh bhi chum le

RK brushed his lips softly on Madhu's shoulder ... As her grip became stronger on his hand... His lips slowly started tracing her neck..

Alfaaz bhige bhige kyun hai mere
Haan yun choor hoke majboor hoke
Katra katra kahen
Ehsaas bhige bhige kyun hain mere
Do bekhabar bhige badan
Ho besabar bhige badan
Le rahe raat bhar angdaiyaan

He turned her around wid heightened intensity... As they both came face to face .. RK pulled her closer holding her waist ...
Madhu's pupils started dilating as if she was under some spell ... RK was closing the distance between them.. Slowly and steadily

Choole mujhe is kadar be intehaan...

RK's lips were just an inch away .. And gently he brushed his lips on Madhu's hot pink full lips... A current ran through his spine tht made him insane for her more and more..
It was like a feather touch for Madhu.. Slow , intense , torturing ... Her lips started shivering beneath his lips...and her chest started heaving faster...

When RK softly whispered against her lips' I need to tell u something Madhu '

Madhu opened her eyes immediately ..

'RK?' She couldn't see him anymore ..

When her eyes fell down on him..

he was on his knees infront of Madhu..

Madhu was shocked ...

RK took out a big diamond stone and held it up in his hand...

Madhu's eyes widened in shock , she felt the world spinning around her... And it wasn't a good sign..

'Ever since I saw u Madhu .. There hasn't been even a single moment when I haven't thought about u... U took over my mind first and then my heart... Trust me I've been wid 'n' number of girls .. But wid you everything is just so beautiful ..I feel complete wid u around.. No faking , no putting on a different mask , no lies ..just u and me wid our own lil story ...' He continued staring in her eyes..

'Madhu .. I ...love ...you ' as RK said those 3 words ...

Madhu's heartbeat stopped ... Her body became cold and numb...

'I want u to be mine forever Madhu... And I promise I'll keep u happy forever .. Miss Madhubala Mallik ...will u marry me ?' RK finished and took a deep breath..

As he opened his eyes he saw Madhu's back towards him... And instantly something broke inside him..

Trishna watched all this ... As tears streamed down her eyes and anger in her heart...

'Madhu?' RK spoke standing up..

Madhu turned around slowly...

'RK please tell me ur kidding right ?'

RK got a shock of his life hearing tht .. And so did Trishna.. But wait her tears definitely stopped..

'No madhu ! I'm really serious .. I want to marry u ' RK spoke stuttering..

Madhu closed her eyes hearing tht ..
She didn't want this .. Not atleast so soon... She wasn't even sure about what she was feeling for RK , the flower was just budding and he already asked her to marry hhim.. Like marry??? They barely knew each other for a month..and all these things were happening so fast for her..

'Don't u love me Madhu?' RK asked not wanting to hear what he feared..

'I don't know RK ...' She whispered

and there went his heart breaking into a million pieces..

'I do like u RK .. And I know I feel something more too... But its just too early for me to call it love ... And u already asked me to marry u ?' She spoke as he looked right into her eyes ...

'But Madhu the moments we spent together .. I mean u do love me ' RK spoke

'I'm still figuring it out RK ... Its all too soon for me ... And look at me I've just started my career ... I've just become a known model .. How can I already end this all and marry????' Madhu pleaded ..

RK's eyes by now were red .. He was trying hard to control his heart and tears .. He couldn't see his life crushing like this..

'U can still continue modelling after marriage ' he spoke softly

'Whose going to give a married woman modelling ???' Madhu shouted now..

' I was just gettin to know this new feeling ... And u destroyed it even before I could understand ... Why RK?? My career my feelings mean nothing to u?? U claim to love me and not even once u thought about what I want?'

'I thought ths is what u want Madhu'

'NO RK! This is what u want ... But I don't want this so early '

'I don't !!!'

and Madhu ran away from there before she could see him break or before she would break...

Shock hit RK like a storm... A lone tear escaped from his eyes ... And within a few minutes his legs gave up as he broke down right there ...

Trishna suddenly became more than happy to see all this.. ' Wow sis! U actually gifted RK to me .. I'm going to fix his broken heart ' she spoke smirking ...

Madhu was in a cab going back home... tears were running down her smooth cheeks ...she didn't wanna break his heart ... But her career her feelings ? She couldn't just marry off like tht even before she knew what she felt... But one thing was sure ...

Things would now be completely different btw her and RK ! And she surely wasn't ready for another change so soon...
