Can we call overrated actors like Drashti Dhami a bitch or a sl*t? Is this constructive criticism?

Answer- No. You cannot name call a celeb if that's an offensive term. However you have full right and support of hate-mongers to refer her as a D grade- inferior in acting and probably inferior in dancing- highly over-rated celeb yada yada. Her physical appearance may be questioned too.
