i think gauri knows that ipshita is shiv's love.

i think that she may even know about the plan...the real one

i think there is one that mahen is involved in (gauri won't die, but shiv will!)

i think she came back b/c she wanted to get to the bottom of everything

i donot think she knows the truth. but i can think of shiv dying instead of gauri or ipshit dying.
