Shiv has a cut on his lips!!!

Guys,i am watching Karam Apna Apna and after yesterday's episode the only thing i noticed are Mr Khan's lips...😳And i swear to god that there is a part on the lower lip on the right side which is obviously more red than the rest of his lip!!!

Its a cut on his lip,wonder where that came from!!
