The paper that she wanted to show Asad was the receipt from the dress Zoya had ordered online so that is why I'm hoping that Tanveer didn't do something to change the receipt. It looked from the IF video that Zoya is trying to keep her busy with Dilshad while she goes to get the package back from Tanveer's room coz Tanveer collected Zoya's package (the kurti that she ordered online).

I remember watching SBS where Tanveer in her interview said that Zoya shows Asad some bills. But Tanveer changes them. Zoya- Tanveer have a small argument. Asad gets angry and leaves dinner. 😕
