Soni tells Nihal that she has loved him with her heart... and she wants him to answer her whether he loves Suhana or her... Natasha talking to Suhana in the Hospital... telling her that the family thinks that vishu will get alright because of suhana's shraddha and nishta...
Soni's dad talking to Soni and saying that he has already distributed the cards as well... and he asks soni not to do anything that will ruin his impression...
The mad man tlling that he is immersing radha's ashes...
Nihal throws suhana's pic in the river...
Soni is in the room thinking that she has to tell bauji that chand does not love her... and that she cannot compromise on her dad's izzat... she comes out to hear a sound and it is Nihal screaming at people to hurry with the arrangements to the wedding... he comes screaming and soni hugs him ... and she says she is very happy... he tells her that they need to hurry with the arrangements...
The hospital... the doctor comes out and tells the family that Vishu has gone into coma now... everybody is shocked. The doctor says that she cannot say when he will regain his consciousness and also whether he will regain his consciousness at all...
They get Vishu home... Shubham makes Vishu sleep... and megha set ups the drips and other things... Kukku is not able to control himself... and shubham consoles him... Shubham goes to megha and asks her what will happen to Vishu... and megha asks them to trust in god... and kukku asks if life long, he will be like this and megha says that vishu is now a zinda lash... and the tension she has is that if sushma gets to know this how will she react... more so coz she is nearing her due date...
she walks off... and here sushma gets labour pains... and sushma asks suhana to save her vish, without whom she says she will not give birth to the baby... sushma faints... Suhana tells Guddo to take care of Sushma and she will get the doctor...
Kukku and Nanda.. Nanda tells that one by one they have lot of problems.. Nihal left, Vishu got injured... and Meenu who, for her son's sake, did chal kapat with everybody has now caused such a harm to that son only... and kukku says this is all karmon ka phal...
and he also says that people have to face the doings of their karam in this janam only... Suhana comes running and tells them about sushma and goes to call doctor aunty...
Suhana asks god to save both of them ... and says that if vishw is not ok, sushma will also not be ok...
and vice versa...
Reshma is with an astrologer... who says that vishu is alive only because of suhana... and reshma asks if vish will be ok.. .and the astrologer says if suhana keeps a maha mrityunjay jap without eating anything for 2 days then...
The doctor comes and asks them to shift sushma to the hospital... the ambulance comes and sushma is shifted to the hospital... she keeps asking suhana to save her vishu... the doctor tells that vishu's condition is what upset her... and if sushma's blood pressure doesn't reduce, then they might have to choose between the mother and child... and that suhana should trust god...
Reshma comes in when sushma is being taken to the hospital... she is told everyting and kukku leaves for the hospital with sushma...
In megha's house... she wants to go to the hospital and her dad stops her... they tell her that she should not go... they also give her guys photos and ask her to have a look... nad she tells them that nihal is her fiance and she is engaged to marry him... and her dad calls her mad... and tells her that she is waiting for a guy who left her at the altar... she tells him that she will wait for nihal... adn she wants to know the majboori because of which he left... and she says till he comes back, she cannot think of continuing her life at all... her dad asks her what if he never comes back... and she says wrong... he will def come back... he has to come back...
In vishu's room... nanda and guddo come to vishu's room and are upset...
Suhana sees this and is upset and runs to the mandir... and she remembers vishu and sushma and the doctors saying... and she holds her mangalsutra and clutches it in her palm... and looks at the godess and asks the goddess to show her the way...
here Nihal is holding a mangal sutra in hand and soni asks him how it is... and nihal asks if she bought them... and soni says yes...
nihal doesn't know all this so she only got it... (she doesn't know that nihal only shopped for suhana's shaadi ka joda ... lol) She asks him to put the mangalsutra on her ... and he hesitates saying without pandit and mantra etc... and she says she didn't want him to get married now but she just wanted to wear it and see how it looks and he says he will put it only once... at the wedding... soni's dad calls her and she leaves... he looks at the shaadi ka joda and remembers how he went shopping for suhana... he looks at the mangalsutra... and remembers his mangalsutra shopping...
in the puja room... reshma and nanda are talking and reshma says that they have a hope and tells that mannu bhai has told that if vishu's wife does not eat anything for two days and does the maha mrutyunjay jap he will recover... reshma goes to suhana and tells that vishu is ok because of suhana and that only suhana can save him, coz according to shastras she is only vishus wife... she again takes her mangalsutra in her hand...and sobs... (as usual)
Nihal is praying in front of the god and says that he has taken a decision that he will marry soni, because soni loves him... and says that he had only suhana in his heart... and asks god to grant him the strength that he can love soni... and govind comes and tells him that love will not come to you by asking... it will just come to you by itself... it will come by waiting... he says Kismat usi ka saath deta hain jo intezaar karta hain... and he says he will see how much power is in waiting... and he leaves...
His words shake up Nihal and he is thinking of Govind's words...
