It was yet another day. A beautiful morning with some beautiful thoughts kept in mind , Nupur got up from bed. She was feeling peaceful today may be because she had found some good people around her, which she had never expected to meet in Mumbai. She remembered how disappointed she was, when she came to know about her Dad's transfer from Kolkata to Mumbai. She never wanted to leave her city. May be for some people, Kolkata is not quite a happening city ,of course for people who have not come to the city of joy, where everyone is friendly and has some kind of excitement in their eyes, but surely it was the most peaceful place for people who lived there. She loved the simplicity of the city and the people. She dint want to leave as she knew she would miss every bit of it but after coming to Mumbai she came to know that only Kolkata doesn't have sweet people but the whole of India is filled with them.
She took a deep breath just to shrug off the thought and then moved ahead to get ready for her day in the college .

Nupur and Gunjan together reached the college and made way towards their classes after bidding good bye to each other.

"Good morning."
Nupur heard a female voice from behind.

But before she could turn to see who it was she came in front of her.
"Good morning Rhea."
Nupur said while giving a slight smile.

"I must say you dance really well but it's so sad that you can't participate."
Rhea said while taunting her.

"There is nothing sad about it Rhea. I was never into it."
Nupur said simply and confidently.

"But Nupur still it was just in your hand but Rhea stole the chance way from you ,leaving you defeated"

Sonia said who had just joined them in the conversation.

"But still Nugur I feel sad for you."
Rhea said to irritate her and this time Nupur completely knew what they were trying to do so she quickly answered

"First of all , it's Nupur with a P and not G. I hope you know the difference.
And you really don't need to feel sad for me I wonder how sad you would have been If I would have got the chance so be happy and enjoy what you are getting cause surely it will not happen the next year and yeah remember If you are performing then surely you are the head but remember I am the neck and I'll turn the head exactly the way I want so be aware. Excuse me."
Nupur left after completing all what came to her mind.

The war had started. Surely Nupur dint have anything against Rhea neither she was bothered about not performing even after being exceptional. What Nupur hated was the way Rhea was trying to have fun with Sonia on Nupur not performing.

"Oh God Rhea. She is.."
Sonia was about to complete but the irritated and insulted Rhea interrupted in between.

"You know what now this taunting stuff isn't going to work. This girl has forced me to do something even worse. She will have to face the consequences, if not at the moment than surely in the coming days."

"Surely Rhea something must be done. You need to get her removed from coming in between you and Mayank."

"Yes surely cause I can't just let anyone come in my life and destroy the seeds I have been sowing since childhood. She will be medicated don't worry."

Saying this and while giving a wicked smile she moved forward followed by Sonia who too was enjoying the hustle bustle going on in the college.

Shruthi and Gunjan who were right behind them had heard it all. Shruthi had been hearing the conversation since they had started while Gunjan was stopped by Shruthi as she was going towards Nupur for some reason. They were standing behind the door just next to them.

"Gunjan I need you to warn your sister about it. Believe me Rhea will make her life difficult just as she said. She will not bear her friendship with Mayank. Rhea belongs to a very big family she can do anything and get away with it . Please tell Nupur to stay away from her. Rhea can go to any extent for Mayank. Please I cannot tell all this to Nupur cause it wouldn't sound good. I hope you understand what I am saying?"

Shruthi said with a lot of concern as she knew Rhea very well , she had never let anyone come in between the two so she would do anything for removing her.

Gunjan who was standing there and had heard it all and was completely perplexed, she was shocked and worried for her sister and in this condition she said while stammering a bit

"Yes. I'l-l talk to her."

Saying this she immediately made her way towards Nupur , whom she had seen moving towards the cafeteria .

Nupur was walking quite angrily as just this morning she had thought that she was surrounded by good people but Rhea's behavior proved she was wrong. She felt helpless she wanted to go back to her city but she couldn't go back she knew it and this is what made her even more sad inside...

"Oho someone seems to be very angry today."
Nupur stopped and gave a look to the person who said it .

It was Mayank of course, who else could stop her like this.

"There is nothing like that."
Nupur dint wanted to speak about all what happened as she knew he wouldn't believe neither it was a thing to leak.

It was her fight against some crooked people and she knew it.

"There is surely something. C'mon speak up."

"Just forget it Mayank I am getting late."

"Late? For what? I suppose you know we are not going to have any classes as there is very little time for the party ."

"Is it?"

"Yup."

"Ok."

Nupur said while turning around to leave from there but Mayank stopped her by stretching his hands in front of her.

Nupur just stopped in a state of shock and slowly looked into his eyes.

Mayank intensely looked in her eyes and gave a very soothing smile but Nupur had not noticed it as she was lost in his eyes which had naughtiness and a kind of charm in them. She certainly liked the way he was though he wasn't one she could fall for as her Mr. Perfect was completely different from Mayank.

"Nupur "
He called out very slowly.

"Yes"
She bit her lips realizing what she was doing.

"I know I am irresistible but please keep in mind that people are watching us."

"Huh?"

Nupur was dumbfounded at the moment she couldn't manage anything but just a slight shocked expression that came out of her mouth.

"Nupur please don't try to hide that you were Staring at me and that too lovingly."

He said while giving a wicked smile and taking a round around her.

Nupur had nothing to say he had said some really twisted stuff but she knew she wasn't staring at him lovingly but was just admiring him.

Ok is not admiration actually a kind of liking towards someone?

Yeah but admiration is also used for the person you respect
Aah whatever it is. She knew it was just staring at someone for nothing but because of the kind of clean heart the person has hesitantly she started speaking
"M-m-mayank wo"

"What Nupur?"

He said in a teasing tone.
