I think Ehsaas has spoken these lines with anisha; Yes madhav is changing into confident Ehsaas but I'm waiting for qawali scene. I'm sure anisha will ask Ehsaas to say poetry or ghazal will madhav be able to tell poetry infront of a gathering without Aru 's request. Till then for me its ehsaas interacting with anisha

Itz Madhav who is saying this line as he is getting all the attention from die hard fan Anisha which is making him overwhelmed and priorly Aradhya's concerned nature being friendly with him which is making him plesant and confident...Ehsaas ka roop toh aage dekhno ko milega shayad in a function.. i guess openly he wont be Ehsaas for anyone except with Aru that too when needed

It's the acceptance that's making him change. when he thought Aradhya has accepted him as the way he is he started gaining confidence at that time too but sadly that was again crushed down to the ground.

it will definetly bring memories to Aru & how will she react i will be intresting i hope & pray cvs give us such a beautiful scene

however once again its happening. Anisha's care and concern for Ehsaas knowing how Madhav looks is changing Madhav.
