Hussian and Tina

How was your overall experience in Nach Baliye.??

Hussian:Well shocking, surprising , exciting , had times tiring , we were pissed quite a lot from past four week & more actually but all in all its fun , now its become a part of our life you cant really take Nach Baliye away from us now, though its going to be over now in a weeks time but it just feels too good , everyday you going to be deciding for you know whats going to happen next, you thinking whats going happen next , there is excitement because we got to perform every Wednesday , so its fun all the day..

How did you come across Harshal & Vital ?

Hussian: We were just lucky I guess, every choreographer had been given a number & then they had a wheel of fortune kind of a thing & where every couple had to stand & we stood there and they "gumaod" the wheel & then we got our number and that number was lucky enough to get Harshal and Vithal.. It was a kind of lucky draw you can say….!!!!

Some of the people pointed out that though you scored a perfect score in semi finals some where you lost a few step somewhere ..?

Hussian: Ya in the start I did I was suppose to over the stage, a little more & I was not able to, we were facing this problem technical but unfortunately we were doing 2 dances and that much of time, we were trying, we knew there was a problem I thought I will but apparently something went wrong that day I could not really cover that much of stage that I should have covered and that's why my steps got late but I think I cover after that it was a step or two which went off beat . I think doing a mistake is not a problem , how you catch up is what matters most….

Between Hussian and Tina Hussian is a better dancer very one said that so what was your view in this …??

Hussian: I think if you reverse role , I had to be Tina and Tina had to be me , I still would not be able to what Tina did because I think it very difficult for anybody who is a new comer who has not faced camera , not faced the audiences , and in a such a big platform like Nach Baliye performing in front of the crowd and judges , any normal person would be tensed , would be completely you know.. your confidence level got to b really high to do something like that, even I was surprise even I thought Tina would not be able to manage it at all that well , & to my surprise she really did well , infact I would give her more marks than I would give myself.

Between Hussian and Tina Hussian was claimed to be a better dancer so Tina how did u manage to keep going and now as Kunal said in the last episode, Tina has come from being "who Tina" to "TINA" ..???

Tina: Nothing like that Minnie I still l would like correct this statement its not that as I am that good nor have I have become as good as Hussian , he is still a far superior to me.. I take a lot of time to learn and again all credit goes to the choreographers Harshal and Vithal they have really really taught me how do a particular step and I know how much effort they put in to teach me that step and how they break up each and every step to teach that particular step to me and then I catch it and then the way the polish it so all the credit goes to them ,they have been exceptional and we have been extremely fortunate to have Harshal and Vithal with us.. They are amazing and Gem of a people..

We have had Fans in India-forums who were more happy to see you perform in the quarter finals that rope dance was an exceptional ,I myself have never seen something like it ..?? So didn't you even think we once performing that o my god this can actually go very wrong ..?

Hussian: It can we had done a couple of dance where things could have gone wrong and we would have been out of the competition. In the first 4-5 round we were just dancing & we thought we were not really doing anything wrong so to say but people were not really excited about our performance, I mean though our fan were really happy in what ever we did, they were always very happy , apparently the people were not really excited out there so we thought we had to create the shock value & it actually motivated us to work more harder what we were actually doing basically work harder in the sense not that we were not working harder earlier ,we had to come with new concepts, extremely different that nobody had every done or seen before so we did try our hand in something like that but my Gods graze we were successful in that.. We had only has a weeks times , you can say 1 day goes way in shooting and 1 day in choreography so you can we had only 5 days to master that art.

Tina: When Harshal Vithal told us about the role dance, we started thinking how do we manage it because every time we did a step you know that the rope was a really tight role you had to put in all you power to though the song was very romantic you had really put all your power to pull the role and we were like how do you expect us to look romantic and use all our power at the same time... And they were like that's the trick you have do it and when they showed us everything looked so simple ,we were like ok lets go ahead and do it , I and Hussian always wanted to slow romantic number which didn't get to do as in the romance around also we tried to break away from our goodie goodie image and come up with some shock value soo when they showed it to us tit was so beautiful that we wouldn't say it no,, We knew it was a risk & believe me Minnie Wednesday is the day when we generally shoot and on Tuesday at the technical's we have always been 99% prepared and I was like rather than giving technical lets go in the practice room and practice we have technical at around 9 , 9:30 in the evening and I was like o my god it is not happening we will get eliminated , it was from there from till 3-4 in the morning that we started polishing every single step every single expression & then also then also we were not confident , it was the first time in that morning that I went back to the set to the stage to rehearse for the first time in all these episode just before the show was to start on Wednesday I went back on the stage to rehearse it was very very tough it was even tough than the blind fold dance , Blind fold dance was our toughest dance because we could not see anything ..
