Episode 275 Discussion: 18th May 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Episode 275 Discussion - EOD Summary

Padmini and Trishna receive reality check from Dipali, RK shows Madhu the house he is building for them.

Events Of The Episode

1. Dipali goes to the chawl and tells both Padmini and Trishna to explain it to Madhu to not play games deceiving everyone. In RK mansion Madhu takes the red chunari from her bridal attire, wraps around her head and is remembering about RK's proposal, his love confession for her in public. However she comes to her senses and has an internal monologue with herself where one part of her says, nothing has changed really, RK is RK and will go to any length do anything to make things go him way and she should not go weak, change her intentions (of revenge i.e.). However the other more emotional part of her reminds her that he confessed his love for her in public, this time he is honest in his feelings for her, that she loves him. This monologue is interrupted by RK's sudden arrival. Madhu notices an injury on his right hand, gets agitated and insists on bandaging it. RK waves away her concerns and takes her to show her something that he is doing to show his love for her.

2. Over at chawl, Padmini suggests that Dipali leave. Dipali questions her back whether she is afraid Dipali will reveal Madhu's game to RK. Dipali questions Padmini about her values, her sanskars and says she had thought Padmini will at least try to tell Madhu that what she is doing is wrong. She goads them both saying Madhu has crossed all her limits, the gold plating on her copper filled heart is worn off. She is playing with everyone's emotions and why does Padmini not ask Madhu to stop what she is doing. Trishna vehemently says they will never tell Madhu to stop what she is doing and it is only right that RK's heart breaks and he gets what is due to him as his punishment for playing with everyone's life.

3. Dipali warns them that in order to revenge Madhu's challenge to his ego, he gave such a big betrayal to Madhu. Now this time his heart and feelings are involved. Not only that this time his mother also stands betrayal from Madhu who she loves and trusts completely. This time RK has double reason to take revenge and its outcome will be irreparable. Dipali asks Padmini if she has thought of what dire consequences will be of Madhu's revenge for everyone. RK is RK and final victory is always his. Dipali her mission complete leaves chawl acknowledging to herself that Madhu's plan to break RK's heart is indeed a good one.

4. RK shows Madhu the house he is building for them. He acknowledges that it is difficult for her to trust him this time after all that has happened but this time it is real. He assures that this time there is no deception, no drama in this. This house is for them to come whenever things get a bit too much at RK mansion. Madhu asks him why did he not allow her to bandage his wound. RK says he likes this feeling of this pain and he will keep this wound open as a reminder to him for every hurt, betrayal, pain that he gave to Madhu. He goes off to work on his house but Madhu suddenly insists that he takes her home.

5. RK, Madhu come home, RK is protesting that she did not let him work on his house. Madhu shushes him and takes out the first aid kit to bandage his wound. She says it hurts her to see him hurt. She tells him not to build a house or do anything for her. He asks her why. She questions him back why is he refusing to treat his wound, why does he wishes to remain in pain. RK replies not just remain in pain but live with this pain. He deserves this pain for breaking her heart, hurting her and betraying her. This is his punishment for those misdeeds.

Kya baat hai! It took one day, just one day, for RK to win over Madhu. Considering how filled with anger she was when speaking to Sultan, I had expected a bit more of a struggle.

Should I attribute this change to Madhu's indecisiveness or RK's charm? Should I attribute this to RK's amazing ability when it comes to selection of words or Madhu's stupidity in believing she does not have a heart, which is obviously betraying her?

Another brilliant scene with Dipal. Her dialogues were perfect, spot on. She raised almost every problem, every consequence in the aftermath Madhu's plan in a matter of seconds. She lifted the veil of "sanskars" under which the Malik family was living, asking what happened to their, or rather Madhu's, belief of "forgive and forget".

Wonder what Dipali plans on doing next. She doesn't have any hard proof yet.

But one dialogue which really hit me was, "RK is RK. The final victory is his (always). And he won't allow his record to break." Seems foreboding. But doesn't this depend on what RK considers his victory? If he believes in getting married to Madhu then he will make that happen, as for him that will be a victory.

arre, what did i hear? kaan pak gaye..pyar pyar pyar pyar...Race 2 ki love story se Veer Zaara jaisi love story wala pyar 🤣 I remember reading somwhere ke RK ka pyar bakwas hai? Madhu ka pyar bakwas hai..non existent? love for whom? an abuser? that arrogant , selfish brat ? I guess it's crystal clear now how much they are in LOVE...bec. this is what love is..rising above yourself , above your ego, you feelings, your pain, your hurt...

Dips/Padmini/ Trishna scene was spot on 👏 SM again stole the show..not just that , her dialogues were awesome and impactful ! 👏 If RK can go to THIS extent for his ego, toh this time it's his feelings and dil which is on stake, patthar maarne se pehle soch toh lo kispar maar rahe ho..think about the consequences also..now i guess Padmini IS justified in asking help from Sultan..bec. her fear (from her POV) is justified...the scenario which Madhu planned out is not gonna be beneficial for anybody, not even her...forget RK and his izzat, forget mummyji ka pyar , she will fall in her eyes and won't forgive herself for taking this step...she cannot stoop so low to avenge her hurt..there are better ways to do so..

anyhow, today, I'll thank her for this pagalpanti step ..faking love n all..at least it had a positive impact on RK and we got our RK back Chakku, kaunse song pe dance aaj?🥳 he mellowed down to this extent and he wouldn't have come to this stage if Madhu was offensive...

Madhu's monologue was expected...but her dilemma is understandable..when did she NOT see love in his eyes..babes, that's the catch...his eyes were NOT lying at that time also ! anyone in her place will be doubtful..kya sach hai kya jhoot hai, difficult to judge... she has to take this leap of faith , it's her decision...the same situation will be faced by RK very soon when he'll come to know of her revenge...he'll have to prove his love then..lets see, he can do it or no...

RK taking her to their dream house Wish he cud invent a new "RM" logo ..RK is very stylish i get that but i wud still prefer RM in the same style..why does he have to build it himself ? 😆 Madhu, you're Madhu you know that..you LOVE RK yes, she was not faking today..the concern was not fake..loved the way she dragged him back home and nursed him 😆n RK accepted that he deserves this pain ...we always said that his apology will be RK style and we'll have to wait for it bec. at that moment, all sorries everything wud have looked fake..

Madhu aisa kabhi nahi tha ke he didn't understand your pain bec. he went through the same, every minute, every second...He doesn't want to destroy your identity , your shadow , it's not that he cannot see beyond himself...you're a part of him you fool ..he just meant that the way he loves himself, the same way he will love you too..

Precap Madhu has forgiven him but now, the odds are against her..be careful Madhu..lies are lies..😉

Angee, Dips was scaring Trishna and Padmini..bec. she's not aware of the recent developments in the RK mansion..ke Madhu has decided to drop her plans 😆 but she's right in warning them...her motive was to know Madhu's plan and she had to justify her visit ke she's very "worried" for Madhu and Paddo fell in her trap... now she has the proof against Madhu (if she recorded their convo) , also Padmini might do something to stop Madhu..

Dipali wants revenge on Madhu and she ends up at the chawl, uses her sharp mind and weasels out the truth from a stupid Trishna. Padmini seems like saying 'no' don't speak, but the cat is out of the bag. Dips knows Madhu is planning to ditch RK and give him the same pain that he gave her. Her words that RK usually has the final victory and he won't let this record break kind of worried me for a while. But what does RK want now? Madhu. So will be do anything to harm Madhu? I think not.

I was 🤣 on hearing Dipali's Gold plating dialogue and her saying Madhu has crossed all her limits. CV's seem to be stealing our words. Is it the Twitter effect or do they stalk the forum? But yes, Dipali's was right in asking Padmini where are her sanskaar now that Madhu is taking revenge. She is asking all the questions we have been asking here since the last few days about forgiving and moving ahead in life.

Madhu's interaction with her self, with the real Madhu being the real her who thinks RK has changed and is honest this time around. But her mirror image as in her anteratma says don't trust him, kind of reminds her time and again what he has done with her.

RK and Madhu's scene in their room was sweet, RK not allowing Madhu to bandage his hand. Was there any significance to RK's words that Madhu is still at the same place where he left her last? Or did it mean the obvious that Madhu was sitting in just the same place/position?

RK shows Madhu the unfinished house he has been busy building. He says he doesn't want to bandage his hand as it gives him some satisfaction - it is more like he is punishing himself for what he did with Madhu. He clarifies this by saying that the small injury is a reminder of all the wrong things he did with Madhu, the revenge and the harsh treatment he meted out to her. And RK calmly goes off to knock a few more nails into boards in his dream house.

Thanks RK for the clarification that you don't again plan to take Madhu away far off from her loved ones. The new house is just a haven to escape to when things get too much at RK Mansion.

Madhu can't see RK in pain and she demands to take her back asap to their home. Back in their room, Madhu asking RK not to do anything special for her brought to mind her revenge plan. It seems like she was saying 'anyhow I plan to ditch you, why do you bother or hurt yourself'.

RK's reply was awesome, he is doing all this as he loves Madhu. Everything feels different to RK this time around as it is real and there is nothing fake in his feelings or behavior.

Loved it that RK reminded Madhu about the candle-lit plan of the house in the studio he showed her months ago. He is repentant about his revenge and has found his own way to punish himself.

The Precap: Madhu questions why does RK love her ... am eager to know the answer, but whatever it is, is enough to remove all of Madhu's doubts. Saw that sweet smile again on Madhu's face after a long time. Seems like she trusts RK but can't be sure without watching the episode. CV's don't want any revenge twist from RK, please. Please spare him, let all others play their twists - you have many to choose from - Radhaji, Bittuji, Padmini, Trishna, Sultan, Dipali and Sikky. You can also use Patil, Munna and Mangesh for your twist or the mighty Bhujang, but not RK.

Just a thought, before asking Sultan shouldn't Padmani get Malik involved?? He did after all raise her and is her father. What kind of outdoor shoot did he go to??

I like...RK is surely and absolutely disarming Madhu. Loved that he dropped his mask at the end when she was bandaging his wound and asked her "Kyun accha nahin lagta, Madhu". Sincerity is creeping in and replacing the fakeness.

Awesome episode. Absolutelyloved Dips dialogues. All my questions were asked in less than 5-7 minutes of time😃 RK was at his sweetest best. Madhu you stand no chance in taking revenge when RK is behaving so sweet. Sorry babe you have a heart and that heart controls you😆

I am so happythat Madhu did not run this time to Sultan to ask him what was the important question he wanted to ask. That shows his importance in her life😛
