Hiya people

Very busy today...so will do a short one...kay

Today two things that absolutely stood out to me

Megha's Song

1) Megha's constant eyes on "Addu" the way she watched him, reminded me of a new mother. A New Mother who cannot stop looking at her baby in wonder and disbelief...that she could create life, that if this is a reality or a dream...She looked at Addu and she kept looking...everybody was trying to make "Addu" comfortable...RJ and Nanhi did alot of things to make him smile and make him comfortable...The Book has been changed to the Adventures of Tom Swayer instead of Huckleberry Fin here...But its all Mark Twain and its Symbolism with a Hammer attached to its belt...so I wont Argue...We Have Tom Swayer in the midst of Bhatnagar Clan. Meanwhile, Huckle is being attacked by the Rogue Sabji Curry

In my Imagination Rags is getting even with him for the manhandling with a bottle of Hot Sauce...Like really really Hot sauce...the one you get in Ghetto Chinese Grocery Store...where one whiff of that hot sauce clears out your sinuses...hehehe 😈

2) The next thing that absolutely broke my heart and uplifted it in one moment was Mohan's statement...Life is in a Mood to take More of Our Tests...So thats what we will do...We will get through this trial...face it head on...this one statement...It defines Mohan bhatnagar... that is who Mohan Bhatnagar is...Life throws Bricks at him and he tries to make a house with it...Life throws crap at him...and Makes fertilizer and manages to find the strength to grow flowers with it...The Man amazes and confounds me...How can someone be so resilient...are there people out there who are so strong? so resilient?...They break apart everyday and yet they find the strength to put themselves together and move forward...and sometimes...when they are breaking apart within...they put up a brave front for their loved ones...give them hope and Go on, push through just for the people they love...I am amazed at the conception of this character...and people like Mohan out there...Kudos to them for being an insipiration to all of us...who cant seem to deal with things like a small little paper cut...

This is all I got 😳

Hi Meera, beaming in early for a change! 😉

Nice epi today again and the things I liked were all the unspoken bits, things that were unsaid but said so much! 👍🏼

The hopeful yet aching looks that Megha gave her son, shared at times with Mohan, looking for approval and reassurance. She's so dependent on his strength now, he's become her rock her anchor in this swirling sea of unending storms!

And when her son reacted so violently to Mohan's mirror image,both MM found refuge in each other, protecting each other from harm , but not the hurt! Mohan retreats to lick his wounds, but Megha leaves the chaos behind to find him, and rest her hand on his shoulder offering her love and support. Mohan shares his hurt with her, but he's never hopeless, he reassures her that though trying times lie before them, they'll handle it again and together! Mohan never languishes in his pain for long,but gets up,dusts off, and is there to fight another day! He's irrepressible ,our Mohan! 👏

And the piece de resistance for me again was the MM farewell. * Sigh*

Mohan is leaving Megha, after the tongue lashing between Renu and MM! 😡 RJ and Guru are ready, and they share their sweet goodbyes. But Mohan senses what must be in Megha's heart after such a draining experience, and steps back! He sweetly signals to Megha not to cry but to dry her tears, and then sends her a kiss! ❤️ Not a word said but he spoke volumes! So much loving care and tenderness, such a message of hope, reassurance and unconditional love!" No matter what we'll get through this, together, we've come this far...and this too shall pass!!! "

Meera, rest assured that people like Mohan do exist , they're few and far between but they're around. They face adversity every day, but still manage to put a smile on their face and even on the faces of others! They give when they have little or nothing to give, and help when they themselves need help! They're a reminder to us all that sometimes when life is difficult and hope seems lost, sometimes all we can do is to hold on with both hands and weather the storms as best we can.

I always get comfort from this : " Please either quiet the storm around the child, or quiet the child within the storm!"

Lets hope that one day soon ,the storms around Mohan will subside , even as he calmly deals with the raging storms that surround him at present! 👍🏼

I can't stop adoring the last part. *sigh* The whole act of Megha and Addu by the Bhatnagar sisters brought tears in my eyes! Beautiful episode 😳

Watching the episode.

But, muse numero uno; In the last part when Megha says " Ab hum kya karenge" (What will we do now). This wasn't a question in asked in terms of what will they do as parents. That they know. And handle that responsibility very well.

But this was about them, as a couple. What will they do now. It was heart warming to see Megha ask that.

This one was of alot of hopes. And new beginnings and changes. Good ones for the family and uncomfortable ones for Addu.

Mohan and Megha though not beside eachother were with eachother throughout. Reassuring and seeking strength from the other through out. Mainly Megha, she needed Mohan, his assurance and his strength. Mohan as usual, forgetting his pain, was present and absorbed everything within him. And this time, Megha didn't leave his side either for she knew, he was hurting equally if not more. We can now safely say that this couple will not leave the side of the other anymore. There will not be any further rifts causing them to drift apart. This season and mostly this track marks and shows their growth as individuals and as a couple. Their maturity.

Rj is proving to be sensible child. She is somewhat turning into another nanhi, in her own way.

Manish was outstanding, Megha was too. Mohan, this character like you said is well developed and beautifully written, it leaves me in awe. Kunal does complete justice to it. You can see him grow as an actor through these 2 seasons.

Aakanksha and Manish. Hats off to these, and their experience theater. You know a theater artist when you see one. Absolutely marvelous.

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

This suits Mohan and Megha to the T.

Megha was this woman of substance, of strength and one who had this never say die spirit. These were the qualities that made Mohan fall in love with her.

When season 2 began...these qualities did exist but not in the same measure as what was there in Megha of season 1. But yesterday I could see the old Megha who drew strength from Mohan. She is now determined to cure her son. Is willing to shield him from everything and everyone and give it back to people who will call him names! The pride in Mohan's eyes when Megha gave it back to Renu when she taunted them was just so so heartwarming...Mohan was Megha's cheer girl last night!! 😆...I wuved it!! 😃
These two are just the perfect people for each other!! Lets hope the CVs make Megha move in with Mohan sooner than later...want more of their journey as parents of a mentally challenged boy and in turn their journey as a couple!

The other scene that I loved was Bhatnagar sisters trying to comfort Addu...by RJ bringing his favourite book...and that was being watched by their parents...perfect picture of a loving family!

RJ-Nanhi doing Megha and Addu impersonation was cute...Addu's reaction to it was cuter 😳.

All in all a nice episode...just hope the makers dont find newer ways to keep MM apart. Right now it seems like they will stay apart till Addu is cured! ...sab unke pyar ke dushman hain! 😡

Peeping in like everyday, but got some time to comment, :)

Hi all on Monuland, we all had a loads of hope and assuarance from Megha's lovely gestures of seeking and giving hand wrt Mohan. :) Lovely is the word.

The mother in Megha is satisfied to get her son back and is gathering strength to make her son all right, to give him all the care, attention and love he needs, and she knows, He Needs A Lot.

But loved to see MM seeking, reassuering each other, being each other's source of strength and support, the flying kiss blown by Mohan to Megha is the first one, I think even in season 1 they never have shown a direct flying kiss by Mohan to Megha. The flying kiss till yesterday was the sole right of Mohans darling Nanhi, but not any more.

Mohan's flying kiss to Nanhi was more friendly and fatherly, it was reassuraring to Nanhi about Mohan's love for her, as her spiderman father figure.

But yesterday's flying kiss between MM was a wonderful reassuarance (to MM and to us, fans) about MM as romantic couple in their own right apart from they being parents to their children.

Mind blowing kiss blown by Monu to his Megha, though the flying kiss, also signled the imposed distance between MM.

This time though, the distance is imposed by Addu's violent attack on Mohan and clearly, MM are very unhappy about this prolonged distance imposed on them yet again by the life.

Sorry for MM but glad to see their longing for togetherness and their committment to support each other to battle it out.

Akansha was amazing yesterday and Kunal got another feather in his cap for acting intensely sad, even agitated and hurt yet not crying or weeping, though there were tears in his eyes. Another superlative performance! !

So much from me, thanks Meera, Leesan, Purplelo and Anu, Moontide, and others who are part of this lovely place for mussing over Monuland.
