I think there is going to be twist in the story. Ani will be alive and the reason he was going frequently to the place where Meera lived, it was not to meet meera but he was into another dodgy business. Meera was handy for him as an excuse, it will turn out he did not even love meera. The phone call he was going to make might have been in connection with a deal he had to do. (meera said the number on his mob was not delhi code).

Akhil mentioned to nandini about an arrest where drugs found in a cuddly toy. I don't think it was a general conversation with nandini to cheer her up. Some where along the line there will be a track coming on drug smuggling. Ani sending flowers & cuddly toy, and that also 5 years booking. why?? again this will be tied up in future track
