What project was Shiv going on abt?

I don't know if I'd missed something. What project was Shiv referring to in the last episode and how was Gauri involved in it? and why was anupam giving interviews abt when he's a publisher and not a builder like the Kapoors??

The land on which they have bulid their project was Devika's and inturn was inherited by Gauri....Gauri fights with Devika and hands it over to shiv for his project!!!

i think it was the project that mahen worked on which involved devikas land. well gauri gave the land to them.

But I thought Devika didn't sign that land to Shiv as the first divorce didn't go thru.

thtland was gauri's mother's. and after her death gauri inherited itand shegave it to shiv, don'tknow y her brother and kaya didn't get it.
