FOR ALL OF YOU. TODAYS EPISDOE WAS GREAT AND EJAZ KHANS ACTING IN
TODAYS EPISODE WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY TOUCHING. AND THOSE OF YOU WHO
MISSED IT WELL BAD LUCK AS IT WAS THE LAST EPISODE OF THE YEAR...AND
PLUS AS A END OF YEAR SURPRISE WE GOT TO SEE EJAZ TOPLESS....I REALLY
FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE WHO MISSED IT. NEVER MIND THERE ARE ALWAYS
REPEATS. OK HERE THE UPDATE...ENJOY.
The episode begins in the courtroom. Arjun ask the judge for
permission to talk to kajal. Kajal is asked to come to the witness
box. When kajal comes to the witness box arjun says to kajal that he
knows how hard it is for her to believe him after these incidents.
But perhaps she could. Then arjun tells kajal how he was never worthy
of her and how her patience had changed him from being a "shaytaan"
to "insaan". He then says to kajal that "meri hawaaniyat ki nishaani
aaj joh tumhare peth mein pal rahin hai, usko tumne pyar ka tofa
samajh kar gale lagaya". As arjun says this kajal starts crying.
Gayatri then points out to the judge that Kajal's tears clearly prove
her love for arjun and his truth. Eshaan then interrupts and says
that these tears are not for Arjun's love but for the fact that this
stranger has crossed the boundaries of a home and brought kajal and
her husband Arjun's relationship in court. Eshaan then says that this
man should be greatly punished for what he is doing. Hearing this
Arjun starts crying. Gayatri objects to what Eshaan is saying. Then
kajal asks the judge for permission to ask the look-alike (so called
arjun) a question. Kajal asks Arjun that if he knows so much and if
he really is arjun then perhaps he should also know what happened on
their wedding night. Then arjun (with tears in his eyes) says "how
can I possibly forget that…that night I had called a girl to the
hotel room to embarrass kajal…I humiliated kajal a lot and then
priety turned up to surprise us…if kajal wanted she could have put me
in a embarrassing situation but she never…she saved me by hiding the
girl". Nitu and the family appear shocked to hear all this. Then
arjun says to kajal "kajal mujhe aur sharminda mat karho…u know I
have acknowledged my bad deeds and have changed but when I wanted to
repay those bad deeds with happiness these incidents took even that
opportunity away from me."
Then a flashback is shown (most likely kajal thinking of Arjun
changing). It shows arjun in his room working on a laptop. Kajal
comes in the room and goes up to arjun and puts her arms around him
and says "yeh kya arjun..tum ghar par bhi kaam kar rahe ho". To which
arjun replies "mein kaam nahin kar raha hoon, par is mein kuch humare
dil ki baatien kedh kar rahan hoon " (I'm not working just capturing
some of the secrets of our hearts in here). Kajal then says to
arjun "oh…so this is a modern way of keeping a diary…but arjun dil ki
baatien likhi nahin jaathi…they should be said." Then arjun asks
kajal " what about those things that you aren't able to say". To this
kajal has no answer but says " tho janaab ko naya shokh (hobby) lag
gaya." She then says to arjun "theek hai, tum apna kaam karo aur mein
apna kaam karon gi". Arjun looks at kajal questionably, as to what
work she is going to do. Kajal then smiles and says that she will
secretly read his diary. Kajal and arjun both start laughing.
Back in the courtroom kajal tells the judge not to believe the look-
alike as he might have stolen Arjun's floppy and read all his secrets
that were fed into it. Arjun then looks at kajal and says, "kajal kya
sarhi baatien floppy mein feed ki gayin thi…kya aisi koi baat nahin
hai jo sirf hum dono ko pata hai". Another flashback is shown (this
is most likely the same day as arjun writing his diary on the laptop
as it is the same place, clothes etc). The flashback shows arjun
closing his laptop and picking up a floppy. He goes over to kajal and
tells her that he wants her to keep the floppy in a safe place and
that it holds secret financial account details in it. He tells kajal
that his account number is 0112 and that she should memorise it.
Kajal tells arjun that she will not be able to remember it and that
he should save the information on his laptop. Arjun tells kajal that
this sort of financial data should not be stored on a laptop so
that's why he fed it into a floppy and that she needs to keep it
safe. He gives kajal the floppy and tells her that only them two know
about it.
Back in the courtroom kajal remembers when arjun told her that. Arjun
asks kajal whether she remembers him telling her that secret
financial data should not be stored on a laptop and whether she
remembers the account number he told her to remember when giving her
the floppy. He tells kajal that even if she does not remember he
surely remembers his account number is 0112. As arjun says this kajal
seems to look at him believably. Then Eshaan interrupts arjun and
says that this person is a fraud and is saying baseless things and
putting pressure on my client. Gayatri says that her client Mr arjun
Punj is not trying to pressurise kajal but trying to bring the truth
out in the open. Eshaan then says that all this is putting stress on
kajal and this is not good for her as she is pregnant. Gayatri then
says as kajal is pregnant it is even more important to solve this
case quickly because, if what her client is saying is the truth then
he has a right towards his child. After Gayatri says this, a lawyer
is shown coming into the courtroom and going up Eshaan. He whispers
something in his ear and then leaves. Eshaan then tells the court
that a person may forget their own identity and snatch someone else
identity but the truth cannot hide and sooner or later it comes out
into the open. Arjun hears this and has tears in his eyes. Eshaan
then asks the judge to give permission for some time and after which
everyone will know the truth. Arjun appears upset and worried as to
what new argument will be thrown his way.
Eshaan goes up to Gayatri and sniggers that he told her that he would
catch her client's lies and prove that her client is lying. A woman
is shown climbing the court stairs. . Inside the courtroom Gayatri
tells the judge that the courts time is precious and waiting this
long is useless, as her client has already proven himself with the
answers he has given. Gayatri requests the judge that her client is
Arjun Punj and he should be given all his rights and be able to live
with his wife. Eshaan objects and says that this will not be justice
for Kajal or the Punj family. Eshaan tells the court to wait a while
longer and the truth will be known. Gayatri says that there is no
other truth but the fact that her client is the real Arjun Punj and
Kajal is his wife. As Gayatri says this someone enters the courtroom
and says "ek minute judge saab". The woman comes forward and says
that "kajal may be Arjun's wife but this man is not arjun".
Everyone is shocked to hear this. Arjun is stunned to see this
person. The woman introduces herself as Malhaar and says that this
man (pointing at arjun) is her fianc Sahil Sikhand and that she has
come to take him back to Delhi. The judge tells Malhaar to say
whatever she has to say in the witness box. Malhaar goes to the
witness box and Eshaan gets up to first to question her. Eshaan asks
Malhaar if she knows this man. Malhaar says that she knows him for
the past 5 years and that they got engaged and have been living
together for 2 years. Arjun interrupts and says that this girl is
lying and that he has never even been to Delhi. The judge tells arjun
to remain silent and that he will be given a chance to say what he
has to say. Eshaan then tells Malhaar to continue. Malhaar says that
her and Sahil had an argument and Sahil left without telling her, she
tried to look for him but then she read about the case in the
newspaper and when she saw his picture in it, she come to Mumbai.
Eshaan tells the judge that Malhaar's words clearly prove that this
man is Sahil and not Arjun.
Arjun is in tears and nods his head in rejection to all of what is
being said. Eshaan tells the judge to punish this man for not just
being a fraud but also for cheating his fianc like this. Gayatri
objects to this and reminds Eshaan that he said that court cases are
only won with good evidence and proof and it seems like he has forgot
his own words. Gayatri then asks the judge for permission to cross-
examine Malhaar. Gayatri is given permission. Gayatri asks Malhaar
whether she has any proof of her engagement or any photographs,
friends etc. Malhaar says she doesn't have any proof of engagement.
Gayatri praises Malhaar for having the guts to come all the way from
Delhi to Mumbai to take back her upset fianc but hasn't Malhaar
thought that perhaps her eyes could have been mistaken and this man
is not Sahil. Malhaar says that her and Sahil have been living in the
same house for 2 years and there is no way her eyes could make a
mistake in recognising her Sahil. Then Gayatri tells Malhaar that she
has no proof to back up what she is saying and the court cannot take
it as the truth without proof. Gayatri ask Malhaar to think of
anything that would be a useful proof to say this man is Sahil. She
asks Malhaar whether she has such proof. Everyone in the courtroom
appear apprehensive as to what Malhaar will say. Malhaar says she
does have proof and tells the court that Sahil has a birthmark (a
deep mark) on his back. Everyone looks at arjun/Sahil. Arjun argues
that he has no such birthmark on his back. Eshaan gets up and mocks
Arjun by saying that he might not have noticed it as god hasn't
blessed humans with eyes on their back. Arjun tries to argue Eshaan
off, but the judge orders arjun to shows his back (Thank you judge
saab…you made my New years eve with that decision). Arjun hesitantly
takes his top off (LOL. oh my god…you should've seen the look on nitu
and baa's face. they were going to faint with excitement). Arjun
shows his back and has no such birthmark on his back. Gayatri appears
relieved.
Gayatri then says this clearly shows that her client is not Sahil.
Eshaan interrupts and says that Kajal doesn't believe this man is
Arjun and his fellow lawyer is saying that this man is not Sahil and
if this isn't Sahil or Arjun then who is he and where have arjun and
Sahil gone…have they flew away. Gayatri reminds Eshaan that it is not
their job to find missing people (Sahil) but is the job of the
police. Then Gayatri then allows Eshaan to question the witness.
Eshaan tells the court "ok for a moment we believe this person is not
Sahil but perhaps the court is being mislead and the witness in not
really Malhaar". Malhaar says that she has proof that she is Malhaar
as she has given the court her Delhi home address and the address of
the hotel she stayed in Mumbai. Eshaan says to Malhaar that he has no
suspicions on her but he is just making the court aware that perhaps
this has been planned so that this look-alike will not be proven to
be Sahil. Eshaan says that just because this man isn't Sahil it does
not mean he is Arjun.
Gayatri interrupts and mocks Eshaan by saying that he means that
there are three look-alikes (arjun, Sahil and the look-alike in
court). Gayatri asks Eshaan that if there are three look-alikes then
which one out of three is the one that died. Eshaan sniggers and says
that's the job of the police to find out but this person is not
Arjun. The judge allows Malhaar to take her leave. As Malhaar is
about to leave she looks back at arjun. Arjun seems angry. All of a
sudden Malhaar throws a tennis ball to hit arjun. When arjun catches
it with his right hand, Malhaar is shocked that arjun caught it.
Everyone is stunned to see Malhaar's act and even arjun is confused
as to why she threw the ball. Malhaar then says that this person is
not Sahil. Arjun is shown surprised and kajal is shown shocked at
what Malhaar was saying. The episode ends.
