Sanjay shoots Policegiri song

Sanjay Dutt, who pulled all strings to finish shooting for Policegiri before his surrender, has shot for a song that aims to paint him in a positive light. Titled Robinhood, the song has lyrics that go: Banda achcha hai, dil ka saccha hai, Robinhood hai. The makers are hoping, that in the light of Sanjay's current situation, the suggestive lyrics will strike a chord with the audience.

Producer Rahul Aggarwal says, "This was the last song of the film that was left to be shot. We had decided to scrap the song since Sanjay was running short of time. But it was he who insisted on retaining the song. Sanjay said that the project should not suffer because of him. As a producer, I feel the song will strike a chord with his fans."
Rahul goes on to add that Sanjay, despite being disturbed, was very accommodating during the shoot. "He never asked us to hurry up and everything went according to plan. We are grateful to him, as ours was the only film that he allotted 18-20 days and ensured that the film's quality did not suffer," he says.
