Episode 272 Discussion: 15th May 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Episode 272 Discussion - EOD Summary

Sultan realizes that he is falling in love with Madhu, Superstar RK's grand filmy stylish entry in the chawl for public proclamation of love for Madhu.

Events Of The Episode

1. Madhu tells Sultan that she knows he is capable of love and loves Aryan very deeply. Sultan is stunned to hear this. Aryan returns with Padmini from the temple and wants to spend time with Madhu but Sultan insists that he has some work and father-son duo leave. Padmini is refusing to talk to Madhu properly. In the car, Sultan remembers Madhu explaining her definition of love, when he first met Madhu, encounter during Holi etc. Aryan tells him that he has prayed to the God and is sure to get whatever he wants when he prays from the heart. He insists that Sultan prays with him since he has asked God that Madhu stays with them forever and never leave

2. They see a dargah and go inside to pray together. Sultan thinks in his mind that he is there to find answer to his question and God knows what is bothering him and requests that God gives him an answer. He hallucinates and imagines Madhu praying in the same dargah and when he goes in search of her, he finds a dupatta in his hand and is happy to get answer to his question. He decides to go back to the chawl and talk to Madhu about his feelings. In chawl Padmini is still not talking to Madhu. When Trishna asks Padmini, she replies, Madhu is free to come and go at her will. They are interrupted by a knock on the door. Madhu opens the door and finds Sultan standing outside.

3. Madhu is surprised to find him. Sultan asks to speak with her and they both step outside. Sultan is struggling to find words and is about to confess his feelings for her when Madhu notices a big hoarding being unveiled with RK-Madhu picture on it and the words "I Love You Madhu". She is shocked and rushes forward in the balcony to get a good look at it. At the same time a car decked with flowers and writing "I Love You Madhu" enters the chawl compound. Radhaji gets down and looks up at Madhu. Sultan steps away to the side and becomes serious.

4. Car's sunroof opens, a loudspeaker peaks out and Madhu hears RK calling Madhu saying he has something beautiful to say to her and can she please come down. He says as per her condition, he won't show her face till he starts listening to his own heart and say the very words that his heart knows. He then says I love you Madhu with all my heart, all my identity, existence etc. He then asks his servants to put a heart shaped decoration next to the hoarding. He gets down from the car and covers the chawl staircase with the rose petals and while looking lovingly at Madhu requests her to come downstairs.

5. Radhaji looks on indulgently at RK. Padmini and Trishna watching from the gallery have a grim expression on their face. Madhu looks confused, torn and Sultan is also in serious contemplation. Chalwasis look on at this drama nonchalantly.

Episode ends.

Koi jal raha hai? koi bahut buri tarah se jal raha hai..wherez the fire brigade?🤣

Do they have to show this LOOONG long scene of Sultan and Aryan and each of their dialogues and what they're doing every minute 🥱 the trio is no better...Madhu Aryan and Sultan can put the TRP's on fire with their mindblowing bhai behen chemistry and blandness !! 🤪 I dread if RK is out, people will develop the habit of sleeping at 8.30 itself 🥱 I was keeping my eyes closed and enjoying the song Rockstar again...

Bhai ki tubelight abhi jali? humne toh jungle mein hi guess kar liya tha 🤣 kisi aur ki biwi ko propose karte sharam nahi aati? 🤢 tere muh mein keede, tere muh mein dhool ☢️

AAj phir se, I have to admit that whenever RK is there on screen, for a minute i forget everything, the story, the fakeness, who is doing what and who will do what and just enjoy the moment...Although it was spoiled by Madhu's sade hue expressions 🤢 but I was hardly looking at her...2-3 min. ke liye hi sahi, RK stole the show 👏 that banner, the confession, "ab main tumhe apna muh dikha sakta hoon na" he was looking dashing ..best part, he didn't even look at the extras standing in the balcony 👏 his focus was only Madhu ! tomorrow he will confess and propose...👏 and apologize too 👏

one more scene which i liked was Padmini not talking to Madhu 👏😆 Padmini doesn't support Madhu..ha ha ha 😆 her gangster friend will def. support her..his dreams are tied with the success of Madhu's plan but little does he know, RK or no RK, Madhu uske dekhegi bhi nahi 🤪 let him come out with his confession , we'll wait and watch !

Did you see that Sultan? Did it finally get through that thick skull of yours that Madhu is a married woman? 😡 Now go and tell that son of yours to pray for something else.

RK, What you did today was very filmy and very cheesy. And I loved it Now please don't ever give Madhu (and us) another zor ka jhatka. Madhu is tough but my nerves won't be able to take one more dhokha 😒

Madhu, I can't believe you won't melt for real tomorrow. Yes the guy can be a complete ass at times (okay, most of the times) but he has the potential to be your 'perfect husband material'. You can make it happen girl! Pleeeze don't give up on him 💔

what i loved:

1)rk's car n the way he popped out of that roof

2) RK RK RK RK 😳 👏 🥳

2)radhaji smiling at madhu (madhu must be thinking this fellow got along the whole torture plan ready!)👏👏

3)the proposal is clearly not in full realisation yet! (thank god!)👏

some questions:

1)yeh poster wala photo kab click kiya???😆😆

2)sultan ko dream ke baad real mein dupatta mil gaya 😆😆

3)sultan tum itna jaldi aryan ko ghar chodke waapis bhi aa gaye?? (another sci-fi- didn't i warn u earlier he did crash course in magic n fancy dress?)😆😆

4)actually i even dont understand padmini kabse madhu se angry hai??😕

today epi was maximum dedicate to bhai and his newly found love for the married women😡😡, cant belive him,.but cant even blame him to think like this completely bcos Mb made him feel that way by discussing her personal life with him and including him in her plans and ysetrday dialogues he knows to love and her husband RK is dumb selfish man when it cames to love.
and yes in whole epi only RK proposing part was worth watching for me, he stole the show he was looking dshign in black shirt in imported car and all flower arranging and beautiful poster, it seems like someone was feeling jealous seeing him proposing.

I liked the episode !! 😊..after a long long time, I felt happy watching MBEIEJ.

I liked:

Madhu clarifying (to us viewers) that she has noticed his affection for Aryan, and that she appreciates the father-son bond. 🤔
I liked Madhu looking surprised instead of happy when Sultan returns..it was like a guest returning, you wonder... what does he want now, has he forgotten something?? 😆
I loved RK's entry..😳, I loved his face hiding behind the megaphone, I loved it when he pops out😆, I loved him scattering rose petals on the chawl steps. Filmi hai, tedha hai, yehi hamara RK hai
Honestly, I forgot about the whole game going on, and I enjoyed the drama, the nautanki.
I liked Radhaji looking happy for once at RK's behaviour😊
I liked it that when Sultan was about to tell her 'something very important'' she said, 'yeh nahi ho sakta'. I felt vindicated forget anybody else😆, it was revenge (there's that word again😃) for leaving RK during Holi, rushing to colour Sultan 😈.
Thank you CVs for having Sultan stand there, watching RK's proposal😈. At least, you give us some cheap thrills😈

I did not like:

Aryan being the mouthpiece for Sultan's desires. just when one relaxes at his prattle, he mentions 'Madoo' and Sultan goes all moony eyed.
And what question did he ask?? And what answer did he get?? In his dream , each time he tried to go close to madhu, she went away, finally he had to grab her dupatta to stop her. How convenient!!
Sorry if this sounds like a rant against Bhai😡, but this girl is going through so much unhappiness in her marriage, and she's so obviously miserable. She has also shown that unhappy side of hers to Sultan, and he coolly chooses his moment to tell her he is falling for her?? I'm not saying anything more...hum bolega to bolenge ke bolta hai😆

I am quite disinterested in padmini these days so don't feel like talking about her scene with madhu. No wonder Madhu is all messed up...it's all in the genes.

Some questions for the day. How do we get a dupatta in real after a dream. Secret santa? Please Bhai tell me too, I too need nice dupattas😃 So Aryan has some friends. Then what is his problem? Can't he think of anyone else apart from Madhu. His constant Madhu chant is frustrating. The poor chi;ld actor is given such ridiculous dialogues which he is hardly able to remember and talk. And when he does it frustrates the viewer How far does Sultan stay from Madhu and RK's place. He is there at na drop of a hat. I thought he stays near Khandala jungles. Boss your obsession of Madhu is gonna kill your son in car accident this time. It's not an F1 track.

But then once RK was on screen I forgot everything else. The only problem was the constant Sultan's reactions that was irritating🤢 Can Madhu really resist someone like RK. He is stupid and does really pathetic things but then the RK balm works like magic. And today was working superfast too😃 I liked when Madhu said 'No' to Sultan as soon as RK's banner made an appearance😉 Hope that's the hint for future. And not all the ishaaras that Sultan received in the mosque😃

Alright here's one thing that's bothering me...why is Madhu so shocked at seeing the poster? Didn't she say she was waiting for RK to confess yesterday so she can carry on with her revenge?

Please bear with me today coz I'm in the mood to rant a bit at what the CV's are doing. CV's, why do you dangle the RK-Madhu/Rishbala lollypop and tempt us to watch your crappy show and then serve us 15 minutes of Sultan-Aryan-Maduu crap? Can't you sell your show with your fave Sultan? Why are you using RK in the promos and spoilers?

The first half with Madhu, Sultan and Aryan was pure crap. Aryan, why don't you see dreams which are good/well suited for a 5 -year -old kid? You can dream of meeting Harry Potter, Santa Claus, Pokeman, Donald Duck or else dream of having a miracle cure for your handicap. Why do you involve Maduu in everything? Just when I try to forget my irritation with you and start liking you, you pop that 'maduu' word. You're not your dad's mom or dad to go 'Biwi-hunting' for him. Leave it to Kaka and go and play some board games. So Aryan has asked God to give him Madhu such that she always stays with him and his dad and never has to go away. Sorry kiddo, Madhu is already married.

Sultan: Can you stop daydreaming about a married woman? I wonder if Sultan is carrying that duppatta Madhu lost at the Mall all time around. How did his dream at the dargah end with a real duppatta in his hand. Gods must be crazy to answer his question in that manner. I'm still stumped with that duppatta thing ... maybe it is something on the lines of his 'physics and gravity defying' stunts.

I'm confused; why is Padmini annoyed/angry with Madhu after giving her ashirwad for 'Break RK' Mission? Didn't she approve of Madhu's plan to break RK and bring him to his knees? I don't understand this behavior. Was it for Trishna or Sultan and Co?

The saving grace of the episode was when Sultan is about to blurt out his feelings 🤢 RK makes his grand entry. First the poster and then RK"s car with a beaming and happy Radhaji was a treat to watch. RK declares his feelings, asks Madhu's permission to show his face and then covers the stairs with flower petals. All looked real; I did not find any deception or twist in there.

Thanks a lot CV's for making the Bhai witness this awesome scene. He needs to see it for himself where he stands against Rishbala. He has no chance. Madhu is at first annoyed with RK's antics, at the same time the Don is getting jealous. Jala, bahut kuch jala, I ran to check the wiring in my house.

Precap: Looking forward to the admission and the proposal tomorrow. Madhu will not be able to fake anything given RK's true feelings tomorrow. She will be swept off her feet.
