really JEANS and a top? could she not have burrowed/bought sari skirt or another colour sari...I dont know but the outfit was awful, I can understand Asad being angry

I thought she looked great. And yeah she could have bought a new one...But it wouldn't have been THE sari that Asad gave her.

Agree with you,she can wear a salwar or legings wid kurti but jeans!thats n't good

she cud have...but actually showing in her jeans and kurti out of gifted saree had some purpose...when she knew that she can not wear the saree asad gave her ...she made a point to wear it in some form...and cv made her wear jeans specially to show that being in jeans dsnt nt tell that the person has no value for relationships or rituals...and if we also start critisizing her for wearing jeans..it means we are also being judgemental about her like the society...

I don't think she would have wanted to hurt Dilshad and Asad's sentiments by wearing something else, instead of the gift that Asad had so lovingly brought for her.We all know that Zoya tends to think from her heart and not from her head. 😆 She would have had a lot more explaining to do if she wore something else, which couldn't have been possible in front of so many people.

Anyway, all's well that ends well. Though I am not so much in favour of bright pink, I thought that Zoya looked incredibly sweet in that kurti.

It's just my opinion, though. Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, right?? 😃

No, Im not judging her for wearing jEANS, but the jeans really did not go well with the outfit, I didnt think it looked good, so I was not judging her values etc and what I meant was that she could have worn part of the sari, the beautiful border but with something else...maybe use it as a drape or something...it's me I guess, I just thought the jeans looked horrible with the kurta (fashion-wise)

i jsut think she cud have worn it with a churridar or something. the jeans rly made it looks bad (not bc its not traditional, but bc the jeans were baggy n the kutra was loose n long)
