Aah just a quick post.

Thos vows were really really long...sounded like the entire life story of SurYa.

Actual vows are...for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer. I will love and honour him/her...that's about it.

The way Sandy narrated the the long lines, it didn't look to me like she as doing anything other than translating it. She gets that 'look' when she's explaining things. It was Suraj who connected with all the words and it was meaningful to him. After all, these vows were specially adapted and lengthened to list his character sketch. So in the end, he said "I do Sandhya-ji" and my heart melted for him. My Aunty Sandy just stood there and gave a 'Well Done' smile. Aunty Sandy, you really are starting to buy into your own hype. Uncle Sur 's life mission to support you. But Aunty, marriage is a two way thing. Anyway, who am I to advise an Aunty.

I also felt the vows went on and on. My knowledge on the subject is limited to what I have read and watched in movies. As I mentioned in Amlu's thread, I wanted Sandhya to be the one to feel jealous and Suraj to be dragged by the good looking girl. Would Sandhya have taken it in a stride or felt uncomfortable like Meena.😉 They could have brought in the jealousy angle here. A very good opportunity lost. What is the need to make Meena jealous ? They are already sure of their love, it is Suraj and Sandhya who need motivation to come closer.😉

Paddy, If this continues, I may have to make a Run Sooraj Run post! I had heard of unromantic men, but for a woman, our Sandy is a rare breed indeed! Saw a jhalak of ball room dance spoiler. There were some lovey dovey eye locks, so don't lose all hope.😳

Suraj said I do and is hoping to kiss the bride. Sandy knows that very well. She is going to get drunk on some candy and go crash at Chavis. Keep waiting Chora!

You two. Uma and Deebz, are you ever going to stop with the romantic SurYa? No? Okie Dokie.

Church isn't really a place to 'romance'. Don't know what CVs were doing. Neither is it a place to do business or chat.

Deebz... I still think you are affected by recent Dabh events. Hope you are looking after yourself. Sandy can go haywire, but we can't afford our respected seniors to lose it.

I knowww. That's why I decided to watch na. But Aunty Sandy put me in my place well and truly. One all purpose smile and then a 'how do you do' handshake.

I have learned my lesson. 😳 I will continue to be a patthar dil as far as SurYa are concerned.
